Five minutes to the beach. Dining, living and bedroom furniture updated for the 2013 rental season. The villa has 2 large flatscreen TVs, hardwood floors, plantation shutters, two bedrooms and two baths. Bed sizes: 1 King downstairs, 1 Queen & 1 Single Upstairs and Queen Sleeper Sofa. We are frequent visitors to Litchfield by the Sea and this villa definitely does not disappoint. Beautifully decorated and well equipped with a wonderful view of the lake. It has a large deck overlooking the water, great place to relax and watch the wildlife. Short walk to the fishing dock and conveniently located very close to the beach, only takes about two minutes to be on the beach. Dieter Co. is always great to work with, easy check in and check out, unit was very clean and they always respond quickly to any requests or issues you might have during your stay. Would definitely stay here again!!

I guess the only thing I was disappoint with was linens were not included. The pricing of this unt vs. the others were the same but when you tack on a $100 upcharge for linens then it is not in the same rate zone. Shame on me for not rewading carefully that these were not included.

This is a very nice, bright unit on the beautiful lake at Heron Marsh. The place is clean and very comfortable. It's a very good value for the money. It's also close to the pool, the clubhouse, tennis courts and beach...great location.

We completely enjoyed staying at 27 Heron Marsh. The house was perfect for our family of five. Our children completely enjoyed the yard and pond in the back. Our four year old caught his first red fish in the pond. We will be back every August!

Nice new decor, very comfortable, great view and location. The kitchen had some plumbing issues (sink sprayer leaked, the oven was too small to accommodate a baking sheet, the fridge door didn't always close properly).I suggest bringing extra bath towels. We will rent from Dieter again, but probably won't request this unit.
