Oceanfront on North end of Pawleys Island. 6 bedrooms (5 on main floor, 1 top level) and 5 baths (4 main, 1 upstairs). Bed sizes: 2 kings, 1 queen, 3 doubles, and 3 singles. Oceanfront screened porch, street side deck, gazebo and deck on boardwalk, outside shower, hammock. Amenities include: 3 cable TVs, dishwasher, microwave, icemaker, washer/dryer, and central AC/heat, Internet, and free long distance calling. No pets. Linens Not IncludedCapacity: 12

This house screams Pawleys Island! It is such a beach house. You dont not have to worry about staining the rugs or getting the floors wet. It is a well loved, lived in home. I have not been there in years but miss it all the time!

This is the 20th year we have stayed in this house and it is always one of the highlights of the year. We gather our daughters, sons-in-law and grandchildren together and have a relaxing week.We will be back next year.

Dieter is always professional and friendly. We love this house! We have been coming for 14 years. It is part of our family tradition. We love the old Pawleys feel to the house. It is comfortable and well maintained. The screened porch is great. The location is oceanfront with a walkway to beach. The Hyansworth add new things each year.

This home while lovely on the outside with easy parking and in a nice location on Pawleys Island is not good rental and here is why:
It desperatly needs to be updated, dark rooms with no light old beds with no charm very difficult showering situation with ripped curtains, not alot of hot water and all very small spaces. It was filthy inside....everything. We went to turn on an overhead light and the entire glass covering fell down on one of our faces and broke, it could have been very serious. It is completely overstuffed with mis matched rickity old furniture, nick nacks, pointy metal pieces all full of grime and dust. -

The houses location was nice (close to inlet) but it it too far back from the beach (cannot see beach from home). In addition the house is very crooked (all the floors and doors are slanted ..stuff just rolls of the dinner table, it is very dark, and the beds and furniture are not very comfortable. The pluses are that the house is very well stocked with kitchen cooking supplies and a extra fridge for drinks and the overall layout is nice and there is plenty of parking
