Nice unit overall.Excellent beach location private. Pool and lazy river very nice. Resort is very clean and upper class. Unit was comfortable and had great view. Could use some updating in pillows and appliances. Decorated nicely. Screen doors off balcony family room and master very hard to move and keep on their tracks need to be replaced.Had an excellent stay

When we walked in, our 3 teenage boys said this is the perfect place . Not too fancy but comfortable. We stayed in this particular unit many times b/c of the view (top end unit with additional windows) and accessibility to the lazy river,pools,hot tub, ocean, grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and the bike trails in the gated area.The Dieter Company is much more reasonable than other rental companies, and we will continue to use them.All transactions have gone smoothly.
