Ground level unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Located oceanfront behind the dunes (no ocean view), but very convenient pool and beach access.) Bed sizes: 1 king, 2 singles, and a queen sleeper sofa. Amenities include: 2 TV's, DVD, VCR, wet bar, dishwasher, microwave, wWasher/dryer, and central AC/heat. All linens included. No Smoking. No Pets. Capacity: 5

Was a great place to vacation. Unit has kitchen and LR upstairs, with ocean view; BRs downstairs. The separation is nice. Beach, pool, jacuzzi...all you could ask for. Shopping is close by and convenient...Would have appreciated info on recycling, tho. As habitual recyclers, found it unsettling to be throwing bottles and newspapers inm the trash.

This is not the first time we have stayed in this unit. If you have young kids this is the Ideal place to stay. The ground floor access makes things very easy. The only problem I have with this place is that they need to put a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. It tends to get warm in that room first. Litchfield is a wonderful place to stay and staying in this unit is extemely convenient. Not plush, but convenient.

Great condo for small family or two couples. The beach and pool access was extremely convenient. The living area was ample and the kitchen was well-equipped.
We love the area and selection of restaurants - everything from "Five Star" cuisine to very casual and delicious kid-friendly foods. Short drive to all kinds of shopping, water parks, putt-putt and the craziness of Myrtle Beach. Far enough away so the atmosphere is laid back and the traffic is a non-issue.
The only drawback to this unit is that the view from the family room is of the dunes, not the beach.
