Balcony off living room, master suite, and guest bedrooms. Bed sizes: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 singles, and a sleeper sofa. Amenities include: 3 cable TV's, 1 VCR's,1 VCR/ DVD combo, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, and central AC/heat. All linens included. No Smoking. Capacity: 8

We spent March at 401 Warwick. The condo is well laid out very colorfully decorated; very bright; has a large living dining kitchen area. There are 3 balconies one front and two back, front gets the morning and back get the afternoon sun. Back are private front looks onto nearby building as well as pool and ocean, slight negative. Condo well equipped (missing wine-opener soon provided). Lovely master bathroom. Phones needed new batteries (8) to get tone dialing, very necessary for golf tee times! Internet did not function satisfactorily. Told change of companies, hopefully this will correct situation. Huge negative as we were selling our house in Montreal. Luckily neighbor let us connect to his private Wi-Fi. He gave up last year on the condo provided Internet. Once this was solved we had a fabulous holiday despite interruptions on house sale! would go back again.

This trip was the second time my husband and I have visited this condo (the first for the kids), the boys only want to come back here for vacation now! Private, great place to take walks, gorgeous views, 20 min. drive from hustle of Myrtle. The only downfall, too many places to eat!!!

The Dieter Company was great. Warwick 401 is nicely decorated and we enjoyed the balconies off each room. The only disappointment was that a stereo was advertised on the internet but it was not in the unit, and, we had to call The Dieter Company about the DVD players not working. They had a guy come out the same day, so that was good. This has nothing to do with the unit, but there is no handicapped accessibility to the beach. There should also be recycling bins. Other than that, we had an awesome time.
