Incredible view of beach, ocean and pool! Living room and master suite open to balcony and gorgeous view. Beautifully furnished and decorated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit. Bed sizes: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 singles, and a queen sleeper sofa. Master bath has garden tub and separate shower. Amenities include: wireless internet, 4 TV's (two 37" HD TV & HD package), 2 Blueray DVD, wet bar with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, and central AC/heat, All linens included. No Smoking . Capacity: 8

The Dieter Co check in was easy. The unit is in a great location with a good view. The linens were clean but old and thin, especially the towels. Bottom sheete are not fitted and were to small for the king size bed. The carpet was dirty and stained. The couch and chair coverings were very faded.

We are glad that you you were pleased with our service and enjoyed the great ocean view. Thanks to your feedback we are now using a new linen company. This includes an upgrade to fitted bed sheets and towels that are a better quality. With all linen packages you will still arrive to the beds made and fresh towels placed in all bathrooms. Also the condo did have a deep "spring clean" recently which included the carpets being professionally cleaned. We do hope to see you at the beach again this year.

This Warwick unit was spacious and well furnished. The panoramic beach view was terrific. There was extremely easy access to the beach.
