Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit with great ocean and salt marsh views. Master bathroom with garden tub, and separate shower. Bed sizes: 1 king, 1 double, 3 single, and 1 Queen sleeper sofa. Amenities include: 4 flat screen TVs, 3 VCRs, 2 DVD's, internet, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, central AC/heat, and covered parking. No smoking. No pets. Linens included. Our stay was wonderful. The Dieter company was very helpful and friendly. The condo was nicely decorated and the furnishings were very comfortable. Location was great - convenient to all we wanted to do. The only things we would change is the master bath needs more water pressure - took forever to take a shower. The master bedroom needs a brighter lamp (maybe a 3-way bulb) for night time reading.

While we are repeat renters at Litchfield By The Sea, this is the first Captains Quarters unit we rented. The unit is on the 5th floor, so our view of the courtyard/pool area, as well as the beach, was spectacular. The unit was spacious, comfortable, clean, and generally well appointed. Easy access to/from the elevator to a covered parking area was also a plus. The only criticism I have is the relatively small selection of pots and pans with which to cook. This wasn't so much an issue for us since we ate dinner out every night, but someone who is cooking for a family or large group of friends would be challenged. The frying pans are worn out and need to be replaced. We had beautiful weather during our early October stay, and literally had the beach to ourselves. Another benefit of an "off season" rental is that there are no lines in the local restaurants! Overall, we had a great time in a very nice unit within a beautifully maintained community, where the landscaping is as pretty as the beach!

Excellent condo on fifth (top) floor. Ocean view from the living areas as well as
the master suite. Watching dolphins swim in the morning and early evening
while relaxing on the back porch/balcony.
Fully furnished with comfortable furniture, inviting colors and fully equipped
kitchen. Three bedrooms offer privacy and space for teenagers as well as
adults.
The best part of the week was the comfort and enjoyment of the condo and
view, The worst part of the week was the fact that we only had a week!! -
