Great ocean views from this fabulous 3 bedroom, 3 bath Fordham condominium with new flooring and new kitchen appliances.. Enjoy the view rocking on this very spacious wrap-a-round balcony. Bed sizes: 2 kings, 2 singles, 1 queen sofa sleeper, and 1 double sofa sleeper. The master suite features a garden tub and seperate shower. Other amenities include: 4 TV's (surround sound with high definition in the living room), dvd, vcr, wireless internet, stereo, ceiling fans, wet bar with an icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer, central AC/heat, and covered parking. All linen are included. No smoking. Capacity: 8

This is our fifth time renting a condo at Lbts and the minute we walked in the door of this unit we felt right at home. And the views were amazing! The wrap around balcony was where we spent the majority of our time (when we weren't on the beach or out shopping). Every morning and evening was spent enjoying the amazing views. We had other family members and friends staying close by and the balcony was a great place for us to gather. And with the pool right below the balcony it made it really easy to keep an eye on the kids when they were at the pool. My elderly parents were also there for the day and because of the close proximity to the beach (boardwalk located almost right under the balcony) they were able to join us on the beach. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable and the views from the master suite and 2nd master were as great as those from the balcony. Loved the big kitchen and appreciated all the cooking utensils, etc., that were on hand when we were cooking dinner. We really enjoyed our stay - enjoyed it so much that we placed a deposit on the property to reserve it for the same time next year. Thanks so much for opening up your home!

Great condo and great place to vacation! We have stayed in several Somerset Condos and this one is our favorite, even though it is very expensive.

From rental agreement to departure and all points in between, this was a fabulous vacation experience. Working with Dieter was a joy and the Condo at Fordham was beautiful... wonderfully decorated, quiet and private. We plan on making our vacation plans with Dieter from now on. We have stayed in some wonderful places but rank out experience and time at Pawleys Island, at Fordham through Dieter to be the best.
