Oceanview end unit from this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath condominium with lots of windows making it bright and airy as well. Bed sizes are: 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Singles. Master bath with garden tub and separate shower. Amenities include: 4 flat screen TVs, 2 VCRs, DVD, stereo, high speed/wireless internet, ceiling fans throughout, rocking chairs, fully equipped kitchen, covered parking,and private ground floor storage. No telephone. No smoking. 1.5 minute walk to the beach. No pets. All linen included. Capacity 6.

My Girlfriend Melanie and I just got back from Paget 304 in Pawley's Island with our 4 children. I so needed this break as I had just been 100 feet away from the second bomb at the Boston Marathon and luckily was not hurt and thankfully, Melanie and our children weren't with me!
Page 304 was just what the Doctor ordered. The place was virtually waterfront with a tremendous view of the Ocean from both the Master Bedroom and the Deck off the unit. The layout was fabulous for the 6 of us with perfect accommodations and ample space for all of us. Plenty of room to maneuver around the unit, kitchen was equipped amply, and Ms Melanie made us all breakfast everyday. Awesome.
The unit was very clean and was in close proximity to everything we needed. Shopping, dining, recreation, etc. Plus, beach was clean and beautiful, as was the pool.
I would be remiss if I didn't give a Shout Out to Brittany Stotzfus, my rental agent for this trip. I had never been to Pawley's Island and frankly knew nothing about it nor the location. Consequently, I had tons of questions and was obviously concerned about picking just the right location for our family. Brittany was kind, patient, generous, and overly accommodating to all of my needs and questions. Clearly, she has the patience of a Saint. Our vacation, mainly because of Brittany, was an absolute hit with all family members. If you need an agent who truly cares, please call Brittany.
I would highly recommend this property and Brittany, without hesitation.

The condo was exceptionally clean and well cared for. More like a home than a rental property. It was great to be able to lie in bed and see and hear the ocean. Great location. Short walk to the beach. Everything you need for a great time right there...

Comfortable, easy access to beach,liked storage lockers, good room lay-out,reasonable kitchen facilities. Never did get the a/C to work properly at night.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. It was a great week for our family! Our only difficulty was communication wise. The lack of a land line in the unit was an issue as cell service on the island is spotty. Additionally, the internet service is only good during off peak hours, otherwise too much traffic makes it painfully slow.

We loved Litchfeild by the Sea. The grounds were beautiful and well kept which just added to the relaxing atmosphere. This unit was beautiful and very comfortable. Loved the beds! One of our best vacations. None of us wanted to leave.

Very nice unit. Linens (bedding, towels) were supposed to be included in our rental, but unfortunately were not there, a fact we didn't discover until 10pm. The construction was also a bit of a nuisance, but hopefully will be finished soon. We'd stay there again.
