Description
A two-minute walk from this centrally located condo will put you on the beach in one direction and on the saltwater creek in the other. Comfortably furnished second floor condo offers screened porch and sundeck overlooking one of two pools and the beautiful tropical landscape. Master suite has adjustable privacy screen between the bedroom and garden tub.
Part of a small gated community uniquely located on a secluded peninsula bounded by the Atlantic on one side and tidal salt marsh on the other with access to a 7-mile long sandy beach, two swimming pools, hot tub, playground, and covered dock on the creek.

ONE LEVEL: (2 bedrooms) 1 QUEEN, 2 DOUBLES, 1 QUEEN sleeper sofa, 2 full baths, kitchen, dining / living area opens to screened porch and sundeck overlooking pool & w/ partial ocean view.
AMENITIES: Cable TV-2 (flat screen), DVD-1, wireless internet, stereo, microwave, dishwasher, pack-n-play, washer/dryer, carport, beach gear credit. NO elevator.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, boardwalk to beach with shower for rinsing, 2 community pools (1 Olympic size), hot tub, fishing & crabbing creek dock with covered gathering deck, 24-hour guarded security gate.
HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: For weekly stays, rent includes departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. For stays of 5 nights or less and for monthly stays, rental linens are optional at time of booking for an additional cost. High touch surfaces are sanitized one more time on turnover inspections.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. 3-night minimum outside of summer. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
