Quintessential weathered rocking chairs line this home's spacious screened porch where the sound of the gentle surf along the shore can be heard from just across the street. Classic beach house situated within a family-friendly beach side community. Common areas centrally located beneath a cathedral ceiling with two bedrooms and two full baths flanking each side. The ground level has one bedroom and half bath with exterior access only. Additional features include sun room, sundeck and outdoor shower with changing room.

MAIN FLOOR: (4 bedrooms) 1 QUEEN, 1 DOUBLE & 1 SINGLE, 1 DOUBLE & 1 SINGLE, 1 DOUBLE & 1 SINGLE, 2 full baths, kitchen, dining area, sun room, living area opens out to large screened porch w/rockers.
GROUND FLOOR: (1 bedroom) 2 SINGLES, 1 half bath. Ground floor bedroom has outside entrance only.
AMENITIES: Cable TV-3, DVD-2, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, sundeck, screened porch w/ rocking chairs, weber grill, carport, hot/cold outdoor shower, access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, beach gear credit.
HOUSEKEEPING AND LINENS: For weekly stays, rent includes departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. For stays of 5 nights or less and for monthly stays, rent linens are optional at time of booking for an additional cost. High touch surfaces are sanitized one more time on turnover inspections.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay $200 additional rent for one dog; plus an additional $100 rent for second dog. Maximum 2 dogs. “Relax”

Great Location. Need a good grill. Brought my smoker. Some fans need to be fixed or replaced. Rocking chairs Rock. Drain for outdoor shower could use a snake.

Response from the manager We are so glad to hear your family had a great time despite some inconveniences! The missing internet password was an inadvertent failure on our part and we apologize. The owners only added internet this year, and there was confusion about the password. It is now available and being used with success by guests. We can see how a dust buster could be tedious. This home has a broom and mop, which work well for the all wood floors and one indoor/outdoor area rug in the living area. Nickas is one of many homes that does not provide a grill, as the cost of replacements adds up. We do appreciate your thoughtful review and look forward to welcoming you back to the beach soon!
