Our family spent a great week together at Nickas and the beach. The staff at the real estate office could not have been nicer or more accomodating. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with almost everything we needed to prepare meals. It only took about 3 minutes to walk to the beach which was wonderful. Our family is hoping to do this again next year.

Enjoyed our stay at Nickas and would definitely return. The house was a great value and the location is within easy walking distance of the beach. Litchfield staff were easy to work with and very courteous.

A wondeful home with all the necessities and then some. A great layout and location, clean, comfortable and a great porch!!! Love the rockers!We have 5 kids ages 2-13, it worked for all of us! Thanks for a great time!

I would definitely stay in Nickas again. The location is perfect, and the house is great. While it was too hot to sit on the screened in porch most of the week, we were able to enjoy it the last couple of days and listen to the surf in the evening.

There was eight adults and six kids under thirteen in our clan.What a comfortable home away from home.We enjoyed the house and beach tremendously.Except for our grandaughter fighting with a jellyfish it was an amazing time that we were able to share together.Memories.

This family friendly beach house at Litchfield will take you back to your beach visits at a child. It's a two minute walk to the beach! The house comfortably holds 10 and could take a few more if you want to cram in. It's an easy house to stay in and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Grocery stores and other shopping is conveniently located within a 5 minute drive. The price is reasonable too.

The Nickas house was perfect for our extended beach weekend. Litchfield Realty was extremely accommodating from allowing a later check out to making a last minute request for an extra night (at the first of the stay). Their office was easy to find, the keys easy to obtain and return. The short walk across the street to the beach was perfect—my 4-year old and 2-year old were able to make it on their own several times a day. The floor plan of the house accommodated two families very nicely—there are essentially two "suites" with two bedrooms and a bathroom on either side of the common area. The kitchen was amply supplied (in terms of dishes, pans, utensils).

My family stayed here for several years in a row more than a decade ago. We decided to return but I have to admit I was a bit concerned whether it would be as good as we all remembered. IT WAS EVEN BETTER! The house was very well maintained and there were many upgrades and improvements. We love the screened in porch that we remembered and the new sunroom that had been added on to the back. The kitchen is fully equipped and we ended up staying home most nights and cooking a family dinner. We all loved being just across from the ocean and spent lots of time on the beautiful beach. We hope to restart our family tradition of visiting each summer!

A great place to spend time with your family. The walk to the baeach isn't that far, plus the front porch allows you the opportunity to hear the ocean as you relax. Really a nice place to stay on vacation. My family were there last year and will be there again this year.
