Settled within a family-friendly beachside neighborhood, this modest beach home is ideal for small families on a budget seeking close proximity to the beach. Full length screened front porch comes furnished with Lowcountry rope hammock. Screened eating porch is located off the kitchen. Vacationing families will enjoy the wide sandy beach, creek side boat launch just down the street, and day trips to historic Charleston and trendy Myrtle Beach.

ONE LEVEL: (3 bedrooms) 1 KING, 1 QUEEN w/1 SINGLE trundle, 1 QUEEN & 1 SINGLE, 2 full baths, kitchen opens out to back screened porch, dining area, living area opens out to front screened porch.
AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TV-3, DVD-1, Blu-ray-1, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, trundle (single) under King bed, ceiling fans, hammock, carport, outdoor shower, washer/dryer, beach wagon, beach gear credit, access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach.
HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: For weekly stays, rent includes departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. For stays of 5 nights or less and for monthly stays, rental linens are optional at time of booking for an additional cost. High touch surfaces are sanitized one more time on turnover inspections.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay $200 additional rent for one dog. Maximum 1 adult dog, 30 lbs max. With regard to the fees - our rental rate includes the departure clean - guests aren't charged extra for that. In addition, stays of 6 nights or longer have the linens provided as part of the rental rate. We try to disclose up front all the fees to possible guests. All in all, it sounds like you enjoyed Sam's Place for what it is - a beach cottage that is good for a family and their "four-legged family member". Hope we see you and your family again very soon!
