Great Updated Oceanside home in North Litchfield with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Located directly across from beach access - it even has a partial view of the ocean. The bed sizes are: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins, 2 sets of bunk beds, 1 single w/ trundle, queen sleeper. There are 2 decks, 5 flat screen TVs, Wireless Internet, ceiling fans, washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, Charcoal grill, Ping Pong Table, and 2 enclosed outside showers. 1 minute walk to the beach. Linen Not Included. No Smoking. Capacity: 12

Our family has been vacationing at North Litchfield Beach for many years! This is the first year we rented with The Dieter Company! The service was excellent and the people were very friendly. Will Sea Ya had plenty of room and was the perfect location for us. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. We loved the back porch. The bathrooms could be updated but that is not a major thing to us. We reserved the same home for the same 2 weeks in 2010. Can't wait!

We rented "Will Sea Ya" for my daughter's graduation week from Coastal Carolina University. We found the house to be spotless when we arrived. The kitchen was very well equiped (they thought of everything) and the house was beautifully decorated. The house is situated directly across the street from the beach access and even had a view of the ocean. I was an enjoyable change of pace to stay in North Litchfield and we had the beach entirely to ourselves. Be aware that this house is not pet friendly. . .if pets are a priority, you would be better served looking at other homes that have this feature.
