Very large airy apartment with sea glimpses steps away from the beach. Top floor of a Bajan property, great living and relaxing space for a wonderful holiday. Comfy and romantic for just two - or plenty or room for all the family and friends.
Master bedroom with ensuite and a/c, one queen bedroom with a/c, 1 double bedroom with overhead fan, and one twin bedroom with fan - family shower room. Very large lounge / dining area leading off lovely entrance terrace. High and airy ceilins throughout. Good well equipped kitchen.

Tucked into a lane and steps away from the beach, the building is an updated Bajan villa. The area is perfect for a relaxing holiday with little bars and restaurants within walking distance such as Mr. Vics, great cocktails and food - and Coconutz beach bar - service to your beachlounger - what could be better! There's a wealth of others, shops and supermarkets just a bus ride away towards Holetown and beyond.

This apartment is simply delightful. Clean, spacious and the high ceilings definitely give it the wow factor. Close to the beach and bus route makes it a great stay!

This apartment was a great find. Very well equipped, cozy, beautiful. Nice outdoor patio to sit and enjoy the great weather. The location is good for walking if you're a walker. Easy bus service available as well. Grocery stores and supplies not too far. I liked the fact we didn't need to use air conditioning and could leave windows open for the breeze, but the street is a busy one and loud at times. It's a good idea to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Had a wonderful time celebrating New Year's in Barbados. The apartment was a great place to stay, it was roomy, comfortable, clean and very well equiped. We enjoyed the closeness to the beach, the easy acess to the bus route and the many amenties within walking distance. It was such a great time had by all that we have re-booked again to stay here on our next holiday. Counting down the days!

I first stayed in the downstairs apartment, however this time opted for the upper floor. The veranda is a fabulous place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine after a long hard day on the beach, which is just across the road! The view and breeze simply make you relax! This is a great find and will have no hesitation in making this my base when I next return!

We have stayed at the Sundance apartments for three vacations. Both are comfortable, tastfully furnished and well decorated.
A housekeeper comes in twice a week to clean and do any washing required.
The upstairs apartment has a laundry room with a washing machine/dryer and lines to hang washing.
The downstairs apartment has a small terrace leading from one of the bedrooms looking out on the garden.
Both have a large terrace/balcony furnished with table and chairs looking to the front.
It is a three minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the nearest supermarket.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our vacaations in Paynes Bay. The Barbadian people are all very friendly and helpful and the weather is gorgeous. -

The top floor apartment was very spacious with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Lovely kitchen with all mod-cons. Very large dining table seating 8 people comfortably. Jane, the owner was extremely gracious and welcoming. Great location, just across the road from Paynes Bay.

We stayed in this apartment in February and we had a lovely holiday. I was with 7 girlfriends and the apartment offered everything. It was just a few steps away from the beach,bars,restaurants and the shops. A great place for a holiday!

I recently got married in Barbados and the planning before hand was a nightmare! Being a Barbadian I had a local wedding instead of a resort package and finding accommodation that suited many different people who had never been to Barbados before, with many different tastes was truly a challenge. Then I found the Sundance apartments! Located right across from the beach, short bus rides to shopping, grocery, restaurants, food, hotels and sightseeing made it possible for everyone to do something they wanted to. The apartment decor and comfort made it feel like a Home away from Home. I was a bit nervous booking something from afar but Jane, the owner of Sundance was amazing and made all of my arrangements a breeze...by far the best decision I made! I'd recommend the Sundance apartments to anyone and I'll be back myself next year with Hubby to celebrate our anniversary!

My husband and I and our two teenagers had a wonderful holiday in Barbados staying in this lovely apartment in april this year. There's ample living space and the beach is just steps away, so we could pop back for a sandwich or drink - or to top up the sun tan cream, or have a nap!! There's plenty of little bars and restaurants within walking distance and masses more in Holetown - so I hardly did any cooking although the kitchen is great, big fridge/freezer was the best thing. Judy the friendly housekeeper, tidied us up a couple of times a week and gave us plenty of local information. A really relaxing holiday, can't wait to get back.
