‘Traethmor’ is a unique, six-bedroom house that comfortably sleeps up to twelve people, and overlooks the delightful waters of Newlands Arm just a couple of minutes from the centre of Paynesville.
This spacious, secluded home is bright and airy, and is perfectly equipped for your enjoyment with two large living areas, four bathrooms, a modern kitchen, laundry and parking for several vehicles and boats. At the foot of the property you will find the large, private jetty, that's perfect for boating, swimming or fishing.

The Gippsland Lakes offer something for everyone: a sandy swimming beach for the kids is just down the walking track at Sunset Cove, or you can swim and fish from our long jetty or the public wharf and jetties in Paynesville. The sheltered waters of Newlands Arm are ideal for a range of watersports such as water skiing, kayaking, canoeing, yachting or windsurfing.
If you have a boat it's only minutes to Paynesville, Raymond Island, Picnic Arm, Duck Arm, Rotamah Island or Ocean Grange with access to 90 miles of pristine surf beach. The resorts of Metung and Lakes Entrance are a little further, and there are miles of rivers to explore by boat.
On either side of the jetty are spectacular walking/cycling trails that meander along the beautiful lakeside and into the township of Paynesville, where you will find many cafes and restaurants, two supermarkets and a range of specialist shops.
