Fully appointed and Fabulous! This spacious, luxury 4 Bedroom (K, K, Q, Q) vacation home is loaded with amenities! This wonderful 2-story contemporary home (2800 sq. ft) is located on a beautiful, fully fenced 1/3 acre lot. This unique,... luxury property was designed and built to take advantage of great western views of the ocean and forest. Almost every room in this beautiful spacious home opens to a deck and has great views!

Beautifully furnished throughout, this vacation home is well cared for with lots of attention to detail and it shows! There are 4 well appointed bedrooms with deluxe beds and linens. Three of the 4 bedrooms have flat screen HDTVs with DVD players and large sliding glass doors with their own decks and patio furniture.

The Master Bedroom is very spacious with a duluxe King size bed with featherbed and dual-control heated mattress pad, its own bathroom and dressing area. It has gorgeous views of the ocean and forest, along with vaulted ceilings and large sliding glass doors that lead to its deck and outdoor seating. It also has a new 55" HDTV with DVD player and surround sound. The second bedroom is beautifully furnished and has a deluxe King size bed with featherbed and dual-control heated mattress pad. It is a bright, spacious room with a large armoire, flat-screen HDTV with DVD player, leather chair with ottomon and 2 closets. It also has a deck with patio table and chairs. The third bedroom has a beautiful 4 post Queen size bed with dual-control heated mattress pad and large sliding glass doors that lead to a deck with patio table and chairs. It also has a flat-screen HDTV with DVD player and a comfy chair with ottomon and 2 dressers. The 4th bedroom offers a deluxe Queen bed, large window, tall dresser and chair. Two (2) fold-out futon mattresses and two (2) twin roll-away bed with all linens are also available to provide additional sleeping options. Extra blankets and pillows are provided in linen closet.

Large, sunny gourmet kitchen is chef ready, fully equipped and great for entertaining (Jenn Air stove top and grill, oven, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, built-in microwave and fully equipped!) with lots of counter space, large pantry, eat-in bar area and great windows and skylight.

Dining area with seating for 8+, the large table has 2 extensions and extra chairs available. There are high ceilings and huge sliding glass doors that lead to another deck, just off the dining area. Living room has soaring ceilings, skylight, great floor to ceiling windows with great views of the ocean, and a beautiful granite fireplace. Very enjoyable space with relaxing couch and chair, along with additional seating area, flat-screen TV and DVD player. An additional great gathering space for family fun is the Family Room.

Relax in your huge, comfortable Family Room with 2 leather couches and a big new 60" HDTV with DVD player, DVD library and game table. The family room is wonderful for family enjoyment and has a separate fully equipped kitchen. Great sun deck off the family room with BBQ grill and comfortable outdoor seating - loveseat, chairs and table! Lots of board games available. Satellite HDTV with extensive channels and premium movie channels included.

This home is loaded with amenities -- free wifi, 5 flat screen TVs with satellite HDTV/DVR service and premium movie and music channels, flat screen HDTVs in 3 of the 4 bedrooms with a new 60" HDTV in the Family Room, a new 55" HDTV in the Master Bedroom, all with DVD players and DVRs, remotes and an extensive DVD library. Stereo systems, Bose Wave CD/Radio, IPod/IPhone docking stereo player and much more.

Beautiful Views and Decks galore - there are decks off just about every room in this spacious light-filled home. Several patio tables and chairs on decks and comfortable outdoor conversation set on the large Sun Deck with a gas BBQ grill. Lovely garden area. Full size Washer and Dryer. ~Rates: Based on up to 8 Guests, including infants and children. Add $25 per person per night for 9-10 guests. 10.5% County transient occupancy tax applicable.
~Cleaning Fee is based on the number of guests. $250 up to 6 guests, $295 7-8 guests, $350 for 9-10 guests, including infants and children.
~Pet Fees: $100 per dog. Rental agreement must indicate pet(s) and pet fees. Other pets, please ask.

~ Holidays/Special Events include: AT&T; Pro-Am Golf, President's Day, Easter, Big Sur Marathon, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Moto GP and Laguna Seca events, Concours d'Elegance, Labor Day, Monterey Jazz Festival, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
Holiday Rates: $449-$679/night. $2800-$3500/week. (Minimum stay may change) Concourse d’Elegance $5400.

~Payment Policy: If booked more than 45 days in advance of arrival date, 50% of total amount is due to secure your reservation with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival date.
~Security Damage Deposit of $550 is fully refundable and due 10 prior to arrival date, as noted in rental agreement. Renter has option of insurance in lieu of Security Damage Deposit.

  Our extended family stayed here (4 adults, 4 kids) for a family reunion. The location is gorgeous - in a quiet, forested area with tons of hiking trails - but also close to amenities. The beach is a short drive. The house was just as described. The upstairs kitchen (yes, there are 2!) is a bit dated but very well equipped. The owner was available and friendly. We loved the comfortable atmosphere, and the layout of the home allowed adults and children to feel like they had there own spaces.

  What a great place for golfers!

  This place couldn't be better, especially if you love golf! This place
  is set up perfectly for a foursome or even four golfing couples, or any
  number of people not necessarily golfers only.
  
  Only a few blocks
  away from Spyglass Hill and Poppy Hills, and a short drive to Pebble
  Beach, Cyprus Point, Spanish Bay, and Monterey Peninsula Country Club!
  This creates an atmosphere that you experience the entire time you're
  here.
  The house is great! The beds are great! And the surroundings
  are gorgeous!
  I wish I could be here for the 2010 U.S. Open. I would
  love to wake up here and fix breakfast with all my friends, enjoy it out
  on the sun deck, have a latte or a cappuccino, go play poppy hills, then
  afterwards watch Tiger, Phil, AK, VJ, YE, and Vegas battle it out for
  one of the most prestigious accomplishments in all of sports at one of
  the most beautiful locations in the world! Afterwards I would hang out
  at the Pebble Beach clubhouse, the Tap Room or head back to the house
  and watch the sunset over the ocean from the upper deck.
  I can't wait
  until I'm back here again and hopefully for a longer stay!
