Description

This beautiful two-story, air-conditioned vacation loft is located steps from the nearly-secluded, gorgeous Playa Destiladeros and Amaretto Restaurant and Bar. The loft has a queen-sized bed and full bathroom with a shower located on the first floor. The second floor is a spacious bedroom with a queen-sized bed and full bathroom with shower. Linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized gas stove, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, large toaster oven, and all the necessities which make for a complete kitchen. The loft is also equipped with a washer and dryer, sofa, flat screen television, cable, and wi-fi. You have a choice of lounging on the four patios (two upstairs and two downstairs) during your relaxed moments, surrounded by gorgeous tropical vegetation. The property has a pool with bathrooms and showers, and a small entertainment area. Free parking is available on-site for one vehicle. Feel safe with 24-hr security patrolling and guarding the grounds for added safety and protection. Surfing, snorkeling, and boogie boarding is also close by at the famous Playa Venao, Playa Toro, and Playa La Garita, in the surrounding area. Isla Iguana tours, horseback riding, bike rentals, hiking tours and camping are offered for a fee by the locals in Pedasi town. Pedasi town is a short distance away. There you can choose from a variety of restaurants to suit your palette In Pedasi Town. If you don't want to drive Restaurant Terri Desti Beach is about 100 yards from your parking stall(accross the road). If being in a beautiful loft with lots of amenities and steps from the beach sounds appealing, this vacation spot is for you.

How do damage deposits work?
