This condo was perfect for our three week stay. It is new, clean and comfortable. We were really able to relax there and enjoy the island from a beautiful location.
The view from the Lanai was special - great sunsets plus a view of the yacht harbor at Simpson Bay. -

This condo is the perfect place for a St. Martin get-away. It is conveniently located in a very safe neighborhood (the complex is gated) within walking distance to beaches,great restaurants (try Jimbos for the gazpacho), cafes(Zee Best cafe for breakfast) and grocery stores. The sunset views from the patio of this 3rd floor condo are amazing, we enjoyed having our drinks outside while taking in the beauty of the island. The condo is clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you could ask for, including a pool on site. You feel very relaxed and at home the minute you walk in the door. You could stay here without needing a car, the condo is so well located. We fell in love with St. Martin while staying here,it lives up to it reputation as 'The Friendliest Island' we will definitely be back!
