Maisonette NEFELI (47 m²) for 3-5 persons

The comfortable maisonette is located on the 1st floor with a lovely furnished balcony and a full view of green scenery and mountains.

It consists of two levels. The lower level (32 square meters) includes the combined living room/bedroom with double bed or two single beds, bedside tables and a wardrobe. Living room and bedroom are separated by a low wall. The dining area is furnished with a table and chairs and a masonry canapé, which can be used as an additional bed. The built-in kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, small oven, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer and a coffe...emaker. In the elegant marble-tiled bathroom are a shower, WC and a wash basin with a large mirror.

A marble staircase leads up to a gallery, with window, of about 15 square meters. Here are a second bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and a smaller bathroom with shower and WC. The gallery offers a view of the lower level.

The seaside resort of Longos/Selianitika in Aigialia
The villages of Longos and Selianitika of the township of Sympolitia are situated near a bay in the northeast of the district of Achaia. The Longos and Selianitika area is outstanding with its picturesque bay, green olive groves, and citrus tree plantations. There are cosy taverns on the beach as well as in the villages with excellent Greek and international food. Moreover, there are numerous lovely cafes, an open air cinema and many good shops.
The port of Aigion (Egion) is situated 8 km east of Longos. Busses of the Greek transport system KTEL operate regularly to Aigion, as is the ferry connecting Aigion with Aghios Nikolaos (continent). Patras, the third seaport of Greece, well connected with Italy by ferry (Venice, Ancona, Brindisi, and Bari) is about 30 km away. The longest suspension bridge in Europe (Charilaos Trikoupis) connecting the Peloponnese with the mainland is about 25 km away. The Araxos Airport is about 75 km away.
