Sleeping up to five people in three rooms, this semi-detached cottage is a mile from the beach at Pembrey. Myrddin Cottage is a welcoming semi-detached cottage in the village of Pembrey, a mile from the beach. There is a double room, a twin and a room with a Z-bed suitable for a child. There is a family bathroom, and an additional cloakroom. There are a kitchen, utility, a sitting room with woodburning stove and a dining room. Outside are off road parking, a front courtyard and a rear lawn and patio with furniture. Myrddin Cottage is a very pleasant base for enjoying the area's walking and cycling, nature reserves, beaches and more.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Advertised through Sykes as a good dog friendly venue, this cottage proved ideal for our pet Labrador who adopted the utility room as her space and enjoyed running around the secure garden. The warm and personal welcome from the owners was greatly appreciated after our long journey, similarly from neighbours and people we encountered on local walks across the golf links and the numerous paths around the coast. The rest of the accommodation is completely as stated in the brochure, spacious kitchen,cosy living room, good bedrooms and spacious upstairs bathroom. From the outside it is unremarkable but the cottage is deceptively bigger than you think and it has a warm heart.
