The cottage has one family bedroom with double and child's single bed, one twin room and one single room, which with the addition of a family bathroom makes it suitable for upto six people. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen and two sitting rooms, one with an open fire and one with a dining area. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden and patio with outdoor furniture. Note: Access to the cottage is over an unmanned railway crossing - infrequent trains pass at very slow speed but care to be taken plus some minimal noise audible while outdoors. Note: Open pond in garden so children to be supervised at all times. Note: Ruins of original house adjacent to garden and out of bounds to guests. Note: The child's single bed is suitable for 6 years and under.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Greeted warmly by owners. Spacious, well furnished and equipped home.
Very convenient location. Close to shops and a pub. Close to countryside, and very large garden made you think you were in the country.

The Old Manor House was very comfortable with plenty of space and all the facilities you would expect in a holiday cottage. We enjoyed the choice of two living rooms and were able to relax in comfort. The bedrooms and bathroom were a good size and the kitchen had all the modern comforts. We enjoyed sitting and playing in the garden when the weather allowed. The clothes line in the back garden was useful for drying clothes.
The location was close to a supermarket for provisions and well located for exploring all parts of Pembrokeshire. There was nowhere really to walk so a car was essential. There is so much to see and do in this region. Our daughter loved the Blue Lagoon Water Park which was a godsend on rainy days. There are lovely towns to explore like Tenby, Haverfordwest, Narberth and St Davids as well as a beautiful coastline and beaches like Barafundle and Whitesands.
The owners live next door and were very welcoming and helpful.
Extremely well equipped cottage. Plenty of space for people and a dog! Very friendly owners but not 'over powering'. Great area of Wales. Pembroke Dock is not very pretty but very handy for supermarkets and the position of the cottage makes you feel that you're in the countryside anyway. Big garden, near fabulous beaches - car useful although there is a railway station within walking distance. Great holiday. Highly recommended.

fantastic property. Large cottage with big rooms. Two lounges made it easy to do your own thing. brilliant owners who welcome you on arrival and give you a few suggestions of places to visit. Within easy reach of the major attractions. can recommend saundersfoot, the beach was really clean. would hope to revisit in the future.
