A modern and comfortable family house (sleeps 8 people) with wireless internet, fully furnished with all appliances, ready for our guests to enjoy. Has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 lovely terraces with view to the Atlantic Ocean and Peniche Bay, a large kitchen with dining area and a nice living room to stretch after a fun day at the beach.
The first room downstairs has a queen size bed and the master bedroom, on the 1st floor, has a suite and a large terrace, perfect for a morning check up on the waves or hot chocolate before bed time. One of Top 10 Surf Spots in Europe is just 250mt away, with plenty of white sandy beach to explore and shoreline to lose sight. Right next to surf schools and coffee shops, restaurants and great waves.
A 15 min. walk to Ferrel village you can find some boutiques, wonderful bakeries, groceries, local farmers with fresh fruits and vegetables, meat and fish supplies. Services like pharmacy, post office, ATM (bank) etc. Find all this and quite more in Peniche peninsula (7 min. by car/bus), where you have more than 100 places to eat. Choose from a budget meal to very fine dining and don’t forget to try all fish and seafood specialties like “Caldeirada” or “Arroz de Marisco” and many others.
Travel to Berlengas Island by boat (35min.) from Peniche harbor and visit this unique natural reserve, practice snorkeling , scuba diving and underwater photography or visit the fortress.

Tuvimos la gran suerte de encontrar esta agradable Villa junto al mar y poder disfrutar de unas excelentes vacaciones junto a toda la familia (6 adultos y una niña). La casa reune todas las condiciones para descansar plácidamente; limpia, ordenada, muy espaciosa y bien dotada de todo lo necesario. La cocina totalmente equipada nos posibilitĂł disfrutar de una buena gastronomĂa y la barbacoa en el patio nos ofreciĂł unas tardes muy, muy sabrosas. La propietaria de la casa y su familia muy cercanas y amables disponibles y respetuosas. Verdaderamente han sido una de nuestras buenas vacaciones en esta bella Villa junto al mar. Seguro que repetiremos.

Three middle-aged surfers keen to experience the Portuguese waves were not disappointed.
Flight to Lisbon was a breeze, and within just over an hour we arrived at the house. Despite our late arrival we were greeted at the house and settled in. We were even presented with a bottle of Port which went down a treat!
The house is nothing short of stunning. Very clean and well presented. Built to a very high spec with 3 bathrooms/shower rooms, and all the additional features that you’d find in your own home, this house is very practical for any family or friends’ holiday. There is plenty of parking space and lots of room both front and back for kids to play in or for friends to relax and enjoy.
It’s a very practical house, and we cooked each day using the extensive facilities.
High speed wireless internet worked perfectly and we were able to video conference to family back home with ease.
For surfers, its perfect. Just 5 minutes walk to the main beach where all the surf is happening. They have a clothes rail to hang out your wet suits, hoses to wash them down, and you can keep your boards safely locked in the very large garage.
The Surf is fantastic. Big clean waves. Both short and long boards work well here.
Waves work right through the tides only dropping off at the peak of high/low tide.
When you’re hungry, and fancy a snack, there is a lovely food/bar/games outlet opposite the house which serves fantastic snack foods and drinks to keep your hunger/thirst at bay.
The local shops are just 7 minutes walk, where you can stock up on essentials and there are 2 surf shops should you need surf spares/wax.
Near Peniche town centre (7 minutes by car) there is a large supermarket where you can get anything you need. The town itself has lots of restaurants. Fish of course is a specialty and the waiters will fillet it for you while you watch.
Elisabete and her family were so welcoming and spent a lot of time preparing information on the local sites/restaurants. It made a big difference for us.
We left wishing that we had booked a longer stay. Extremely good value for money, we highly recommend this house and assure you will be thrilled with your stay in Peniche. -

What should we say? The house is awesome!
We have been 6-8 people during our stay in Baleal and its enough space for everyone!
Clean, pretty, new, enough space, close to the beach! The pictures are great but if you see it with your own eyes its awesome! We wanted to stay there and never leave Baleal again.
I would recommend this house to everyone who wants to have relaxing holidays!
We already planning to come back soon and rent this house again for our next surf trip.

186338A fantastic fun week in Ferrel and beautiful Beleal.

Three tired teachers went out to Peniche from London wanting to relax in the sun and surf for a week. We arrived to a beautifully clean and welcoming house. We were pleasantly surprised at the size and the colourfulness of the house ( not to mention the impressiveness of the power showers.)
It was great weather most days and we utilised the sun terrace and indulged in alfresco dining with the use of the BBQ.
On the few overcast days we lazed about in the sitting room watching Dvd's or taking walks around the coast.
It is a hop, skip and a jump to the beaches which is fantastic for extremely easy for lazy friends to join you. The beaches are great and we thoroughly enjoyed sun downers at the local beach bars... the snails at Brunos were a bit scary for my fellow traveller but the prawns went down a treat!
We would definitely return as Elisabete and her family were so kind and helpful. Thank you very much for sharing your house with us- we loved it! -

I stayed here with my husband and two young children and it was absolutely beautiful. The house is literally 5 minutes from the beach, with a short cut through the back gate and the setting is perfect. The house itself is beautifully decorated with all the utensils and supplies that you need and more. The rooms are large, light, clean and very nicely decorated with 3 bathrooms it really is very luxurious. The family are very accomodating and friendly and are keen to help out with anything you could want. We arrived very late at night and we were welcomed and shown around and settled in. The property has secure gates to the front and back so is very safe for children to be playing outside with no concerns and the garage, with washing machine and barbecue were a welcome addition. We will most certainly be coming back and staying at this property - I would recommend it without hesitiation.
