What a beautiful cottage from a time long gone. Well positioned to explore the township including The MacKillop Interpretative Centre as well as the Coonawarra. Loved the little touches - the home-baked bread, fresh eggs and port and chocolates. The BBQ was very handy and the facilities sufficient for our stay. We would have loved to have been there when the roses were in bloom as they were beautiful. The clothes dried under the awning which is something visitors need to know. In all a great place to stay. Thank you Leolla.
Penola Station was a great place to eat as well as the Vintage Cafe. The shops in general for a great treasure in this special town.
