This stone-built cottage is situated close to Penrith and sleeps two people. The Cobbles is a detached cottage, situated within the grounds of the owners' home in the small village of Winskill, 7 miles from Penrith. This cottage sleeps two people in a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a patio area with furniture. The Cobbles is an ideal base for a romantic retreat close to walks, cycle routes and the Lake District National Park.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

This is beautiful conversion of a beautiful little cottage. It has everything that you could possibly be looking for in terms of cooking, comfort etc. The village is worth a walk around- it has an open air swimming pool.
The only down side was that it is very small and we are very tall. The only place to stretch out was in bed...but apart from that it is really good value for money and it really is a beautiful cottage. Penrith is not far and its also a great town.
