Consider renting this beautifully decorated two-level condo. The home boasts magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico, wireless Internet, and easy access to the Gulf.
There are TVs in all of the bedrooms, ensuring you get to watch what you want. If you'd prefer to view a movie, there's also a DVD player.
Activities abound in Pensacola Beach. You can, for example, visit the National Naval Aviation Museum, go shopping, and build some sandcastles on the beach.

Unit #238 was great. Beautiful recent renovation of unit.
Open and contemporary decor, very clean with exception of hardwood and tile floors (only swept, not washed).
We would definitely stay in this unit again rate permitting.

Everyone at the realtor's office was so incredibly nice - check in was a total breeze, check out was a snap. Every time I called it was easy as pie. Seriously - when we come back down we are not going to need to call anyone else. And we will recommend you to anyone who asks. We absolutely loved our place - the only thing is that we didn't know we would want to be down towards the Portofino until we were already there. No big deal, though.

My first time staying in a condo on the beach and it was awesome. Great location with little thru traffic. Having access to the bay was crucial with little kids. Very easy access to gulf side as well. Had an issue with the a/C that was taken care of within an hour or two of arriving.

I would recommend RMI as their service was very friendly and profesional. The particular condo was very nice but I had a few minor issues that made for a less than perfect experience.
First of all, the condo is said to sleep 6 people wich it could. However, if a condo can hold six people it should have a water heater that can support at least three quick showers in a row. My three children took 5 minute or less showers and there was not sufficient hot water for either my wife or myself to shower after the kids. We had to wait 15 minutes before the hot water was available.
Second, the outside temperature was around 70 each night and 82 at the highest during the day. The air conditioner had a note warning against setting it below 70 degrees for fear that the ouside coils would freeze up. The condo could not get cooled below 75 degrees in heeding the written warning. With the thermostat set at 70 degrees the coolest the condo would get was 75.
Third, there were only enough towels to use for one day and then you had to do laundry. Four night vacations shouldn't include doing laundry every day.
Other than the above problems the condo was decorated very nice and the layout was decent. We would definately consider renting from RMI at this same location again but may request a different condo unit.
