Went a day and a half without a working toilet in one bathroom but we had the other one to use. Liked the location and the balcony was really roomy with a great view.

We had a great time at Pensacola Beach over the Thanksgiving weekend. The Condo, #905 was comfortable, nicely decorated and well equipped with what we needed to cook and such. Great location with a beautiful view. Amazing sunrises and sunsets. Southern Vacation Rentals made everything easy. I plan on going again. Happy New Year.

Great for our family of 5. Location is perfect...walk to Boardwalk, restaurants, and on the beach with gulf view. The condo was comfortable and stocked well.

The condo was clean. It had a beautiful view of the gulf. I would stay again in a minute.The people were so friendly. I loved that you had to have a code to get in and out of the condo.
The only thing I didn't care about was that we were with another couple. They had to sleep on the pull out couch which was a Queen size bed. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The other bedroom had two twin size beds. After two day's of sleeping on the pull out couch they had to go to the twin beds. They were not happy. Both of them ended up with back pain. But all in all it was a great trip and it was a beautiful condo. I would stay again. -

Southern Resorts did a great job with the booking and I love how everything is set up with great instructions for picking up the key after hours and dropping back off. The condo was great, very clean, with a wonderful view. Thank you again.

We checked in December 26 for a few day Christmas vacation. Although the temperature was very cool, we had a wonderful relaxing time. My daughter was able to utilize the outdoor hot tub and get some sun even though it was cool, because the concrete heats up! The apartment was perfect: clean, well furnished and quiet with a gorgeous view of the gulf. We needed maintenance to help with a broken thermostat and an hour after the call, the Repairman was there to fix it. The kitchen was well equipped so there was no need to go out for every meal. I am truly impressed with the apartment and the area and we will definitely be returning. We have already told our friends about it!

This condo was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. I love the carpet as it gave a cozier feel than sandy tile under your feet. The decor was lovely and the kitchen was very well stocked. We had a gorgeous gulf front view and we also loved viewing the Sound from the backside of the condo while we were waiting for the elevator (which was very conveniently located right next to this unit)! The pool area was gorgeous and I liked that there were an abundance of lounge chairs available. Having free wi-fi was a definite plus for me as I was able to keep up with mail and update my facebook account to tell all my friends what a wonderful time we were having! We definitely plan to come here again! Oh and Kim from Southern Resorts was very helpful and kind! Thanks again for everything!
