My sister and I stayed here for 7 nights and loved it. This was my second time staying at Emerald Isle and will stay here again when visiting the Pensacola area. The condos are large and well equipped, very modern and clean. The view from the balcony is beautiful, looking out to the gulf. The pool area is very nice, one heated pool and one not heated, and a nice size hot tub. The best part about staying here, besides the comfort of the condo, is being within walking distance to shops, eating establishments and pubs. And we love all the live music going on nightly in the Pensacola Beach area. It is a fun place to vacation !

We went to Pensacola Beach for the triathlon and this was a perfect location and perfect place for two couples with no children to stay. It was clean and nice and close to the starting line. We will definitely be back.

We had a fun relaxing vacation. This condo was very accommodating the decor was really nice. This kitchen had all the gadgets you might need. Although, it had a couple broken item it was rather comfortable. The beach view and pool area were awesome. Looking forward to coming back next year!

We really liked this condo. Had family of 4 here and had plenty of room. Minor maintenance issue with exhaust fan over range did not work and some light bulbs were burnt out. A repair man was sent promptly. Fan worked for 1 day and then quit again however not a big deal.
Easy beach access, uncrowded beach.
Master bed mattress was too hard for our taste. Would rather have had counter with sink instead of pedestal sink but we made do. Cleaning fees seemed high when added to booking fee plus daily rate. -

Our family travels to beach resorts several times a year, usually to the Carribean.We came to Pensacola Beach because we had an event to attend in Pensacola. This was our first trip to Pensacola beach and we were pleasantly surprised. The beaches and condo were beautiful. Our view was amazing and we had all of the amenities that we needed. We plan on returning this summer.

Service was excellent-thanks to Southern Realty and the condo was well furnished and very homey, even linens were part of the amenities. The condo was centrally located and very accessible to the beautiful white sandy beach. It was nice having the swimming pools, hot tub and workout room. Easy walking distance to eateries, shops, etc. In Pensacola Beach and a short distance to eateries and night life in Pensacola. The thing we liked best was we never lacked for things to do.

We were very pleased with the location, beach access, the layout of the condo, and the condo furnishings. Checkin and checkout was very easy.
Cleanliness was the only area which needs to be addressed. The floor was very dirty and the pullout sofa had bugs. As a result, the pullout sofa bed was not used. Solve the cleanliness problems and I would have provided a perfect ranking. -

Southern Vacation Rentals' Customer Service was very friendly, accomodating, and helpful. I would trust SVR for my future vacations. The Emerald Isle was unfortunately limited to only 2 elevators, making exits and returns slow during peak season. The pools were always clean and the poolside seating was great. I really liked that there were 2 separate pool areas, and the place was very family friendly. There was never a problem with too much noise in our condo. The decor in 806 was beautiful! A couple of the towels looked stained, and some more counter space and dresser tops would have been useful. The sliding glass door onto the balcony did not lock. Other than these few complaints, the place was luxuriously comfortable and I would love to stay there again!

condo was beautiful; loved the decor', felt right at home; unit has everything you need; very nice & accommodating; spectacular view of pristine beach & emerald ocean!!! We arrived early to beach & would have loved to check in but decided to opt out of $60 fee.(only drawback)Hope to come back to unit 806 very soon!!! Loved our vacation there very much!!!

The customer service I received from Southern Resorts was outstanding from researching the most ideal property and unit to stay in to the check out. I even called about needing something in the apartment and it was taken care of with a smile. Southern Resorts has this down to a science. The condo was very homey and comfortable with the most beautiful view from the living room and master bedroom windows as well as the balcony. As far as location, it couldn't have been better. Situated on the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants and quick access to the bridge to get into Gulf Breeze. Of course we thought it was too cold to swim and use the hot tub in December but when we return in warmer weather we will use them along with the excellent work out facilities. The unit is stocked with more than we had imagined-the kitchen utensils, laundry basket, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner-all of the conveniences of home! What we loved the most was the comforts of home with the gorgeous view and serenity of the beautiful water. There are not drawbacks when it comes to Southern Rental and this property-we hated to leave to go home!

Everything was great with 2 minor exceptions. One is the kitchen faucet assembly was loose. (Notified office upon departure about this) The other was interent was slow.
Other than that, everything was great. A couple of suggestions though: 1. Provide cleaning supplies in the kitchen, i.e. spnge pad and dishwashing soap, along with paper towels; 2. provide a short list of items not supplied but may be needed so guests can come better prepared. i.e salt and pepper, soap, etc. -

We really enjoyed the beautiful condo and beach. We have traveled to many beaches and this is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen, with white sand and very clear water. I snorkeled for two days!! The reservation process was great and the people at Southern Resorts were wonderful. The grounds were very well maintained and the condo was beautiful and spotless!!!
I am very picky about where I stay, and I would stay in #806 again without a question. The view is fabulous, the building is beautiful and the pools were very clean and well maintained. The only suggestion I would have to future renters is to bring your own beach chairs and umbrella, unless you are prepared to shell out some bucks on the beach!! Other than that, it was fabulous!!! We will go back!!
