This location was perfect!! We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The condo was very very clean and comfortable, calm atmoshpere. Our favorite part was the amazing view of the Gulf from the balcony. Awesome trip!

I stayed with my hubby, twins and teen daughter. The trip was wonderful. The condo was well-kept, convenient, and very comfortable. We viewed the beach from the balcony, walked down at sunrise, and were able to get supplies from a nearby Publix. Everything was perfect. Although I am a Pensacola native, the 3-day stay at the Towers for this required trip back there made it feel as if I were actually on a vacation. We loved it! I would (and already have!!!) recommend this place to friends, family and co-workers.

This is our first visit to Regency Towers. We were pleasantly surprised! The condo was nice and the view of the gulf was closer than we thought it would be. Lots of room in every room. The only thing I missed was the washer and dryer in the condo, however the facilities were convienent on the first floor. Enjoyed the beach!

Love visiting Pensacola Beach. This is the second year we stayed in #308 East. Regency Towers has a friendly staff and the property is always keep in tip top shape.
We love the location of our room and beautiful view of the beach and pool. Spacious living area and nice layout. A couple of things need to be addressed in this unit before we rent it again. Pull out mattress and twin bed mattresses need to be replaced. On both occasions the hall bath/shower has had poor drainage. Over all we had a wonderful experience and would recommend #308E. -

308E is large and was very clean. The Gulf of Mexico is beautiful especially when you're blessed with great weather as we were. This unit's location is perfect! The kitchen was well stocked and there were enough paper products. But I do recommend you bring additional paper towels, toilet paper, etc. I only wish I had not forgotten to bring my own knives. The unit could use a couple of updates. The condo's description indicates it can sleep 6. Our kids couldn't sleep on the sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper's mattress is thin and worn. We called the property manager. They were very nice and immediately sent a blow-up mattress. Pillows: Bring your own, unless you like them thin. As I mentioned, minor changes. We had a great time as a family and really enjoyed the condo and the beach. We enjoyed watching the dolphins from our balcony and feeding the ducks in the pond. We are also pleased with the property managers, Southern Resorts Vacation Rentals. This company is efficient and makes sure its guests are comfortable and our vacation pleasurable. Too, check in and check out was fast. Yes, I would return to this condo!

Even though it rained almost the entire time we enjoyed this spacious accomodation. We really liked how the kitchen, dinner table and seating area were all open in one room so we could socialize! Very clean too and we didn't have to bring wine glasses, blender, etc :)

It was a pretty cool place. Not having the washer and dryer in the room was very inconvenient. Having to pay to wash your clothes after paying what we paid was very uncool we thought.
The condo itself was very nice and convenient to the access of the beach and pool area. -

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean including the pool. It is located good away from all of the big crowds. Check in and out was very simple. I would stay there again. Hated to leave.

The beach was very clean. It was very private which is how I wanted it to be. Never had to hunt for a place to sit and relax. The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook and then some. The employee on site was always helpful and friendly.

We loved the condo.. The beauty of the apartment was exceptional. The ease of entry and access to the beach was great.
My only change for #308 east would be to fix the living room T.V. Reception.. and the washer/dryers in the building, since #308 east does not have one in the condo itself.. Were not all working, yet no sign was placed on the washer/dryer. Therefore Mony was placed and the clothes half washed. When Maintanence was asked about this.. She said oh yeah.. The third one doesn't work, but the second one did not either.. Still no signs were placed.
These are such trivial things considering the extreme value of the Cndo and the fun we had. I would definitely stay here again and use southern resorts to help. -

I called an talked to George at Resorts an he was so nice an so helpful. The condo was so clean an nice, we fully intend to stay here again, the location was just perfect for us an our family. The area is so clean an an so much to go see an explore. I would recommend this place to anyone.

the condo was great, lots of room 2 nights we had 2 people 1 night we had 6 and hosted 10 - the weather was cold so thank goodness for cable and free wi-fi - since the weather was too cold for the beach, wished the condo complex had a hot tub and sauna, but my fault for not booking one - otherwise, with great weather the place was perfect

The condo was very well upgraded. The only complaint was that there was no papertowels, one roll of toilet paper and no garbage bags. This is the only condo that I have stayed in that did not have this in their supply.

i will definately stay there again next year if there is another deluna festival. it was very peaceful and convient. the room was very clean..me and my friends enjoyed our stay very much. we even go to see the dolpins jumping in the water from the balcony !!
