My mom, her sister, my sister and I came out for a nice relaxing weekend. The view was unbelievable! You can't put a price on the view :) The furnishings were very pretty and what a treat to be able to do our laundry. We had a wonderful time. Everyone in the complex was incredibly friendly and accomodating. We had a wonderful time. Looking forward to coming back.

Everything was nice
there was a leak in the roof over the dryer they came promptly to fix
the bags of linens sat outside our room for 3 days I finally called and ask the to move Them--they did I guess I should have called sooner
the pool shower was broken for 3 days I called everyday cause kids were jumping into the Pool--tower 5 full of sand 4TH day they fixed it -

Well let me start out with I highly recommend this place! We had a great time there. Wonderful views from every room, lots of space.I would love to go back!
Now there were some things that could of gone a little better, It wasnt very clean. It seemed like whoever cleaned, cleaned in a rush. Lots of dust and hair behind the doors. The shower has some mold and hair, and the walls were very dirty. Also My son is allergic to dogs and there seemed to be some pet dander on the carpet and some walls. So that was a problem. and the pans were extremely hard to cook with.
But besides those things which are easy changes. It was my favorite stay so far! The balcony was great the pools and just everything over all was really good. Thanks so much for a wonderful vacation!

Nice unit but had some items that need to be addressed. Poor lighting in the unit. I had to replace light bulbs and supply batteries for some of the remotes. Grill on balcony need to be cleaned, very dirty. Balcony furniture needs to be peplaced or repainted.You will need to bring everything you need for any cleaning, all paper products and extra trash bags, soap etc. Unit was ok, but I have come to expect more at Portofino. Beautiful view and nice interior decor.

This condominium was fantastic! Luxurious and well suited for a week stay. Everyone we encountered that were employees, were extremely polite and very helpful. It was an excellent value. The pools were clean and an excellent temperature. The beach was pristine and free of debris. The resort is literally the last one for a while, ensuring low traffic and a feeling of exclusiveness. We loved our stay and plan on returning, God willing!

We loved Portofino! The accommodations were excellent and the staff was very friendly. Our condo was gorgeous with a breathtaking view from every window. The temperature was only in the high 60's low 70's, but we still enjoyed the pools and beach. There are great restaurants within minutes of the resort. We loved the Grand Marlin and McGuires! Loved the tennis! The tennis pros were very helpful in getting players together for matches and drills. They made the trip extra fun!! Can't wait to go back!

We very much enjoyed are stay. The unit was nicely decorated, with appropriate amenities. Could use more frequent dusting, especially with the plastic plants. Primarily the one behind the master bed.Overall the portofino is a wonderful place to stay. The spa is great!

We had a fabulous time staying at the Portofino #5-1301. It was a very large condo (to include a giant master bedroom closet almost the size of some small bedrooms) with lots of luxurious touches (whirlpool tub, nice kitchen appliances, built-in grill to name a few). This condo also has the most amazing 180 degree view of the Gulf and the untouched white sand beaches that extend for miles. There is a parking garage with convenient access to the elevators which makes unloading and loading very easy. There is also a fitness center, pool, restaurant, beach, dock area and beach inflatable structures for rent. My only complaint would be the lack of consumable items stocked in the condo (paper towels, sponges and dishwasher detergent, especially) though we stayed for just 2 nights and made due -- we didn't try calling to see about getting these items, perhaps more could've been available if we had called). Overall, this condo is fabulous and I'd definitely recommend it!
