We had a great time. The weather was perfect and the condo was pretty and clean. I loved having a jetted tub in the bathroom. My favorite thing is the glass doors that give you an excellent view of the ocean.

We rented this condo for DeLuna Fest and could not have been happier. The view is amazing and you could hear the bands from the balcony. The condo is very nice. My only complaint would be the wireless internet was super slow and the air condition was very loud. My husband and I didn't mind the air condition because we were in the master bedroom but my son was in the guest room (right next to the air unit) and he said it was loud.

This was our second trip to Pensacola and the second time we stayed at Emerald Isle. This particular condo was 100% clean and very inviting. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the decor was very pretty. The weather was perfect and we had an amazing time in Pensacola. I would highly recommend this unit and Emerald Isle as a whole. The only thing that presented a problem was that the dryer took forever to dry anything. Other than that, everything was great and we will definitely be back next year!

Great service. They let us check in early... Condo was very clean. Only problem was dryer didn't dry very good. Had to put one towel in at a time. Location had a great ocean view. Only problem was we had to leave two days early because so severe bad weather. Supervisor was suppose to call us back to see if maybe we could get two days sometimes later, but never got call back. Will rent with y'all again!

The service was great. All the staff was very helpful. The home had mold in both bathrooms, stains on the comforters in both bedrooms, and a bad stain between the twin beds that was covered up by throw rug. The location was perfect. The balcony was a little small and We would have liked a grill.

This condo was very nice and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. The master bed was very comfortable and appreciated it having 3 flat screen TVs. I love this complex and it is in walking distance of several restaurants.
There is a nice exercise room, but they have the temp set at 68. It is too hot when you are working out, or if they would install some fans, that would at least help, if they won't turn the air down. I was there in Feb-Mar, and it was cold outside, so they were running the heat to keep it at 68. They could have just left the heat off and it would have been warm enough.
A major complaint with the complex, was they decided to retile the elevators the 2nd week of March, during spring break. This was a very bad decision on their part. With only 1 elevator working and lots of people staying there, not to mention tying up the elevator while moving in, it was a major frustration. I was there for a month and they could have done it the last of Feb when few people were there, but can't figure out why they waited until spring break.
I'd love to stay here again, but if I do, I hope management of the facility has improved. -

This was our 3rd year in a row vacationing at Pensacola Beach and staying in an Emerald Isle condo. The units are very nice/clean, great pool & beach atmosphere and good location to resturants and other activities.

This was our first time to Florida. Cannot complain about anything! So so nice and great for older kids and babies. Went to Destin to shop and I am sooo glad we did not stay there it was so busy and congested. We are coming back for 2 weeks instead of 1.
