Step back in time when you exit the elevator and walk into this vintage 60's Surf themed condo. Complete with an antique long board made in Florida in 1961. Hand-scraped wood floors, mosaic floors in the 2 baths and carpet in the 2 bedrooms. Leather furnishings, plush pillow top mattresses, granite counter tops....the list goes on. One of the nicest condos in the complex. A top floor unit above the pool with great views down the beach, over peg leg Pete's and past the beach ball water tower. Gulf of Mexico, inter-coastal and lagoon views.

The High Seas Inn was better than any other condo we have stayed in before for vacationing. It was very clean and has everything to offer for the perfect vacation. The location is also perfect as it is within walking distance to the beautiful beaches and restaurant/shopping areas. We would highly recommend it to anyone and plan on returning next year ourselves.

Very much enjoyed staying here. Condo very ckean and nicely updated. Very nice bedding and very comfortable bed/mattress. Also liked the location as it was very quite and conveniently located. I also really appreciated not having to go pick up a key from an office and the time it saved us having the electronic keypad not to mention not having to keep up with a key was wonderful.

Overall, this was a great experience. Ken was very responsive to my initial inquiries about availability and cost. Also, the property has a door code rather than keys, which was especially helpful for our group as we had a 6am flight. The rental was clean and updated. We had all the dishes/pans that we would need for cooking, which was great. It was a quick walk across the street to the beach or just down to the pool. We had a great time.

The unit is very clean and well maintained. Amenities are great. There are two things about the unit I would change if I could. The first is I prefer a view of the beach, but the bay is nice and quiet. And, getting to the beach is absolutely no problem. There is no drawer space for clothes in the bedrooms. Not typically a problem because who really needs clothes at the beach? Right? The closets provide ample hang-up space. Other than that, it's a great unit. This is my second stay there and I will stay again if the opportunity presents itself. Ken is easy to work and registration is a breeze.

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday stay at High Seas Inn when we returned to my hometown of Pensacola for Christmas! The condo decor offered a fond remembrance of surfing days at the beach in years gone by, yet the modern updates and appliances allowed us to relax in an immaculate atmosphere of current conveniences. The views of the sound, the gulf, and the pool were great. The elevator offered easy access to the fourth floor and was conveniently located near our assigned parking space and the condo. Winter in the Florida Panhandle doesn't often bring snow, but the white sands of the Gulf Coast beaches can't be beat!!

My wife and I spent one weekend at the property. The apartment was clean, and the location was nice. The elevator at the property was broken, which was a bit of a nuisance but not a major disaster. We would recommend this place to other travelers.

Overall, this was a great experience. The ease of completing the rental agreement, the detailed information.
The condo was immaculate. Very well appointed. Very serene and beach like atmosphere. The appliances were new and worked well. (except for the ice maker, but we knew that up front. That is easy to work around)
The view was fabulous. Less than 100 steps and you are at the beach on the quiet side.
I got an immediate response from a text message request for the wifi network name.
The only thing stopping me from giving this a 5 star review
is the beds. The mattresses have seen far too many days. We woke up sore every morning.

This condo has everything need. The location is perfect, it is just far enough away from all the tourist attractions to keep it quiet, peaceful and relaxing. I thought it maybe loud being above the pool, but it wasn't. We would stay here again.

The unit was sparkling clean and really decorated tastefully. The kitchen was completely equipped, we only had issue with the blender - it does not perform as it should. The unit is located above the pool so it was nice to keep an eye on our teenager with out her feeling smothered. The tankless water heater is great. The unit is located on the sound - which we prefer. The access to the gulf could be better, however for our family it was great.

This is a great place to stay. Very clean and all the comforts of home. Ken is very easy to work with and answered all questions promptly. Our family was in town for a wedding and this condo was the perfect place to relax and enjoy at a very affordable price.

We decided to get away for a few days and were excited to find a place available for only 2 nights and reasonably priced so close to Memorial Day. The unit was immaculate and the view was gorgeous! Very convenient location for both the bay and the beach (the pool was great too!) Wish we could have stayed longer but look forward to a return in the future :) -only inconvenience was the elevator was out of order.

We loved our stay at the High Seas Inn! Everything was so clean for our stay and the 60's surf decor was perfect! Pensacola Bay was about a minute's walk away as was the Gulf on the other side of the condo. Couldn't have asked for a greater location!
The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was that when we arrived on a Saturday evening, the elevator was broken and stayed that way until Monday. Apparently this is somewhat common so if you are handicap or having to carry loads of luggage, it could really affect the pleasantness of your stay. We only had one suitcase and needed the exercise after eating so much yummy food in Pensacola Beach so it wasn't a bother for us.

The condo was not only new, it was spotless. The lt. blue and white decor was crisp and not overpowered by the delightful surfer theme.
There were plenty of towels and blankets; the kitchen was adequately furnished with appliances, utensils, dishes, and glassware.
While the 800 square footage was snug, no space was wasted and our group of six never felt cramped.
The beach access was a short walk or drive down the beach road, direct access being blocked by a private, gated beachfront community. But this was the only detractor and it was a minimal one, which accounts for the tremendous value of the rental.
I will definitely consider renting this place again in the future!

The stay was nice, the condo was clean, nice pier access to the sound and the kids loved the pool. The weather was unbelievable; in the 80's our whole stay. Getting reservations, confirmation and getting in the door was easy. A couple small details I had to work out but would stay there again.

My three girlfriends and their three babies accompanied me on a business and leisure trip to my hometown of Pensacola. What better place to stay than on Pensacola Beach? What better place than a condo where we can have slumber parties with the calm bay out the back door and the pristine perfection of quartz crystal sand and the Gulf of Mexico out the front door? This condo is immaculately cared for and designed.
The large plank black oak floors to the light teal paint, modern fixtures and surf motif play so well together, that I wish I lived there. There are very few downfalls of this place, but I'll list them to diminish surprises, but they really made no difference in how great this place is: the fold out bed on the couch easily sleeps two, but offers no cushion atop the springs (better just sleep on the couch itself if you need extra sleep space); you have to walk about 20-50 yards from the condo to access the gulf-side of the beach between some condos across the street. Bottom line: you're on the beach! and in a really amazing place super close to Fort Pickens too! Just superb. Also, there's a pool, so when the kids were worn out of the waves and scared of jellyfish it was a nice reprieve. I loved it and am so happy I was able to share my hometown with my girlfriends and kids from such a cool place to hang out and crash our head's at night. Great lighting too! Close to the elevator on the 4th floor = convenience and great view. -

It was a great stay, at an affordable price. It was very easy to work with the owner of the condo to schedule everything. The only downfall was that the elevator in the condo complex did not work! And the condo was upstairs! With no one around to fix the elevator. Other than that everything was great!

I stayed at Baywatch property for 4 days. Stay was very comfortable, place was very clean when we reached. It on 4th floor facing beach. Sea beach is on other side of road. You can easily see beach from patio.
Its not very luxurious/lavish but still very nice with all new appliances etc.
I wud definitely recommend this beach apartment. -

Over all a wonderful place to stay just far enough from the busy strip but close enough for lunch or dinner. Great location choice between the beach & the Cove. What a great place! The condo was amazing! Just across from the beach and minutes from downtown Pensacola. The decor, amenities, all of it was a great experience! The bike/walk trail was just outside the front door. I would definitely recommend for the comfort and value!
We had some car trouble over a holiday weekend and the owner was extremely helpful to us.

Though it was early in the season for full beach vacation, it was perfect time for quiet and relaxation. The condo had a great view of the water and was steps from a beach on either side. The kitchen was supplied with every accessory possible and the layout of the condo allows for 2 couples or a family with kids to have privacy from each other. Flat screen TV with cable in master bedroom and living room were a great touch and wireless internet worked without a problem. Clean and comfortable and classy decorations. We brought our bikes and could hop and ride 7-8 miles to the tip of the island and watch the Blue angels and visit pristine Gulf Seashore beaches, Definitely will be coming back to this excellent vacation spot.

We had a wonderful time. It is so peaceful and relazing. The sunset are wonderful. You can see the sound and the Gulf, it is heaven. Sit on the Pier and Fish or sunbath, you will love it or just sit on the balcony and watch the water and sunset, you will find it really relaxing. The pool is great to sit around it also. One of the best resturants is right around the corner or cook in there is everything you need. I love the place.
