Relax in the Olympic size swimming pool, on your balcony, or inside our roomy and comfortable condo. The condo is located on Santa Rosa Sound, a large, calm body of water and across the street from the Gulf of Mexico.Look at the pictures from our balcony to orient yourself to the Gulf, the beach island, and the sound. You will love the view from your balcony.

This beautiful condo is located 2 miles east of the main shopping area of Pensacola Beach. It is 1/2 mile west of Peg Leg Pete's and a convenience store and 1/2 mile east of the entrance to Ft. Pickens State Park. There is a beach trolley stop in front to take you to other beach locations (runs May - September).

My visit was in March, and this year it happened to be a time when the weather was cool, cloudy, and scattered storms throughout my stay. However, the room was excellent, and the food was outstanding. If you have never been to this area before, I highly recommend you dine at Peg Leg Pete's - we eat there every time we vacation here, which is yearly. We also always stay in this condo and enjoy it immensely. They have a pier on the bay side, and we always take gear to fish off the pier every evening. We always catch fish right at sunset. Although the weather was not the best for this trip, I must say a rainy cold day at the beach is better than a rainy cold day at the office!!

I have looked at various condos in the Pensacola Beach area and this one is very clean, safe, and quiet. The Hightowers were extremely prompt, honest, and professional during the entire process. We have a 14 year old boy and 4 year old girl and it was perfect for both ages. The view was awesome to wake up to every morning. The entire complex was much more quiet than I expected and it really felt like we had the whole place to ourselves.The condo is uniquely built with a wrap around balcony that provides enormous privacy yet and an outstanding view. The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. The condo has its own washer and dryer making it very convenient. I was hesitant to be in a high rise type condo but the elevators are very fast and not crowded. This does not sound like a big deal but try being in a busy building with slow elevators. I have stayed at two other places in Pensacola Beach and this one is the best by far. A great place to stay! The best part of the morning was opening the blinds and seeing the picture perfect view! You will not be disappointed!

We spent a month here and found the condo to be clean and comfortable. The view is great and the condo was equipped with about anything you could need. Would recommend this unit. The welcoming drinks are a nice touch and appreciated.
