Emerald Isle is located on the south side of Santa Rosa Island, faces the Gulf of Mexico, and includes views of the Santa Rosa Sound on the North side of the Island. It is in the heart of the Island and very near the boardwalk, Island restaurants, bars, activities , and is only about 3 miles down from the 8 miles of protected beaches on the Gulf Islands National Seashore.

Everything about this condo was absolutely perfect for my family! The balcony provides a beautiful view, the beds are so plush and sleep wonderfully and the kitchen had everything we could ask for. They even provide a good selection of Dvd's to watch on the big screen in the living room along with cable throughout. We enjoyed the privacy of being on a restricted floor, which meant much less traffic. The beach is just a short walk out and after a long day in the sun, you can relax in the spa by the pool. Couldn't ask for anything better. We will be back every year!

We really enjoyed the quietness on the top floor of this building (17th floor). Condo is in excellent condition with a terrific view of the beach. I will definitely stay here again...
