Tenants are also free to use the common spa facilities and hot tub. After enjoying these amenities, return to your unit and prepare a snack in the furnished kitchen.

Rmi staff were very helpful and answered questions in a friendly manner. We had a late flight going home and the allowed us a late checkout without additional fees.
The condo was comfortable and close to everything; beach, pools and parking. The outdoor and indoor pools were both enjoyable and well kept.
We were in one of the lower buildings, but I was impressed with the archeticture of the newer tower that housed the indoor pool. -

The Beach Club was very spacious, located right on the Gulf giving us a beautiful view. The way the rooms were set up gave us ample privacy, and they were very comfortable. We really enjoyed that there was a grill for cooking, that came with our condo right on our balcony. Was a most enjoyable vacation and we highly recommend it to anyone!!!

The view was spectacular, the condo was comfortable and the pool and gym were great! Would love to see the condo's equipped with paper towels and hand towels for sure. Had to buy a deep baking dish also!

WE LOVED IT!! THE BEACH AND OCEAN WAS RIGHT OUT OUR BACK DOOR. WENDY AND I BOTH WORK 10 TO 14 HRS A DAY AND WE NEEDED A QUIET PLACE TO RELAX AND RE-CHARGE. THE SERVICE WE RECIEVED WAS TOP NOTCH, THE GROUNDS WERE WELL KEPT AND VERY CLEAN. WE ATE AT A DIFFERENT PLACE EVERY NIGHT, EVERYTHING WAS SO CLOSE AND CONVIENENT! THE BEACH CLUB WAS THE CURE WE WERE LOOKING FOR.

The condo and facility was excellent and the beach was fantastic and RMI was great to work with! Loved the accessibility to the beach, the condo unit/pool/fitness/spa etc were all in EXCELLENT condition - while we were there, it appeared to be the best place in Pensacola Beach at this time. Would definitely stay again! Things to consider - bedroom is tight, not much vanity space in bathroom, some normal condo supplies not provided (toilet paper, trash bags) and bring an ironing board and iron (while they are provided, the miniature ironing board hands off the water heater closet in the hall which won't fully open and the iron is cheapest possible). If you are the kind of person to pay $1200 for a condo for a week, you are probably accustomed to a better iron setup. Be sure to check out the month rate - it is the best deal of all! We plan on staying here again!
