Directly across from the Gulf of Mexico, this four-bedroom penthouse is bound to please. Barbecue hotdogs and hamburgers on the built-in grill, do laundry with the washer and dryer, and relax your body in the whirlpool tub.
By staying here you have access to indoor/outdoor pools, a hot tub, a spa, and a gym. There are many attractions in and around Pensacola Beach, including Sam's Fun City, the Quayside Art Gallery, and golf courses.

The home and beach view were great. Had perfect weather for late November. Problems with all ceiling fans not working properly, ice maker in wet bar could not be turned off resulting in ice running on the floor when the door was opened. The Wifi was not working for the first 2 days. The washer and dryer were much too Noisey. For a 4 bedroom house there was not enough towels and no hand towels. We Probaly would not rent this unit next year.
Thanks to Melissa for getting the Wifi working.She was great. -

Love this place, stay here every year. The only complaint is upstairs bedroom is a little warm!! We love the location and all the extras here at Beach Club.

This was a fabulous property that I highly recommend. Very spacious and comfortable, with a wonderful view. The amenities at the Beach Club were great too. Loved the pool area. Easy access to the beach. The only problem was that it rained too much while we were there! We plan on staying here in the future!

Oil came onto the beach Tuesdy evening, so we missed the beach for the rest of our stay. We drove in four vehicles from different parts of arkansas. We have always enjoyed our time at the beach and booking our stays through RMI. We will continue to do so; however, we ask for a refund of three days.
We all pray that the oil situation in the gulf is resolved soon and that BP reimburses businesses for monies lost. -

This was a great Condo with great views of the ocean. Nicely decorated and clean. The only negative I can say is that you have to remember serveral codes to get into different areas and for the larger units you should provide additional beach chairs for no additional cost. Overall I would stay there again.

Beautiful home - would certainly come back.
Disappointment patio railing was not cleaned and hard to see though.
Would be nice for RMI to supply a "welcome kit" when checking in with a few trash bags, couple packets of laundry soap, sample shampoo, conditioner, cream, etc., to get you started.
Cleaning crew obviously doesn't move any furniture or clean under - we found some leftover items and, of course, sand. -

We had stayed at Beach Club Condos for several years before the hurricane and were looking forward to the remodel of the original Beach Club condos. WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED. B302 was beautifully decorated, very spacious, well equipped, and the location ideal. BEACH CLUB IS BACK!!
The only surprise was that the "master, King, suite" upstairs did not have a shower--only a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. That was not convenient--we had to go downstairs to shower.
