My children and I had a wonderful time. The condo was well-furnished, clean, and had a great view of beach/ocean. Not only were we right on the beach, but walking distance from many shops and restaurants. The pool and grounds were kept very clean. We had almost anything we needed to cook our meals, except salt and pepper shakers. There was even a grill on the deck and grill utensils in the cabinets. The beach offered lots of sea shells. We liked the decor which also included sea shells. We especially loved the big brass bell.

Unbeatable view of the beach from living room and balcony. Unit is very nicely furnished. Top of the line appliances and quietest dishwasher ever. Electric grill on balcony is great for fish or steak. Bedrooms are small and closets tiny.
Beach Club has excellent Fitness Center, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs.
Realty Marts' people are excellent to work with and immediately took care of a couple of small problems that arose during our stay.Response from Realty Marts International - 03/24/2010

We stayed at the Beach Club for the first time and absolutely loved it! The size
of the condo was perfect for our family of four. It was roomy, but not too big.
It was open and decorated in lovely, neutral "beach" colors with large windows
in the living room and kitchen that overlooked the beach. The kitchen had
state-of-the-art appliances and was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. My
husband especially liked the large ice maker. We always had plenty of ice for
our cooler. The pool was lovely and the ocean was just steps away. We were
within walking distance of the boardwalk, with all its shops and restaurants.
This was the sixth time we had been to Pensacola. The other times we stayed
at Portside Villas which we also love, but we always had a bigger group. Since
it was just the four of us we took a chance with the Beach Club. Now we have
two places we can recommend! RMI, you are great and Pensacola Beach rocks! -

We have stayed at the Beachclud before but not in this unit. We specifically called up in advance to confirm that there was a wireless internet connection in the unit. We were assured that that was the case. When we arrived at RMI to pick-up the keys for the unit we were warned about problems with the wireless set-up. We got to the unit and tried repeatedly to connect to the system with my computer and my wife's phone without success. We talked to the RMI office on at least three occasions and they said they would contact the wireless provider although it appears nothing was done. My wife and I had to walk over to the Hilton every day to ask if we could use their business center which they were kind enough to let us use. This was a major inconvenience. Until RMI and the owner of the unit can fix the system, people who need an internet connection should not stay here. RMI should not advertise internet availability for the unit until the system is fixed. Also, we asked that the light over the stove be repaired so that we could see what we were cooking. This was not done while we were there. Other than these problems, the unit was nice.

I stayed at the Beach Club years ago, before it was destroyed by a hurricane, and a friend told me it was reopening. We were told we were the first to stay in this particular condo, but the sheets were stained ( looked like red wine) and there were dirty towels in the bathroom and a used bar of soap.
The master bedroom is small for a master bedroom, and there is no way you could sleep 6 comfortably. However, I loved the spa, gym, pool, and the fact the rental of the beach chairs and umbrella were included.Response from Realty Marts International - 01/29/2009

Simply wonderful! The Beach Club is first class all the way. Very spacious, and very well decorated. Loved the flat screen TV's in bedrooms/living room, and grill on deck. Close proximity to all resturants and night life. Great live music.
We plan on staying here again (Summer 2009).
