A306 is a great unit. When we arrived it was very clean. The bar-be-que did not work which was a disappointment. Someone came and looked at it and thought it worked but did not. Hopefully it will be working next year.We have no other complaints, the staff at RMI are excellent to deal with and all are very pleasant.When we arrive at Pensacola it is just like coming home.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Club a306. The corner unit gave us a perfect view of different things at the Beach. The unit is not upstairs which was a plus for us. They had most of what we needed and for as kitchen gadgets. The Negative -The sheets were not clean and the grill was very dirty, no broom to sweep, and only one roll of tissue was in the unit.

Beach Club A306 is a great unit. The view is so beautiful. RMI are great to deal with. We always have a good time at the Beaches.

Having lived in the area, and now being a frequent visitor all along the gulf coast - we did not think the units in building A and B are furnished lavishly enough to merit the rent they are charging. The master bedroom does not have a view or balcony, the master jetted tub is a standard size tub. The kitchen was woefully under-stocked for preparing any kind of meal. The fitness center and indoor pool is very nice. No set-ups on arrival - which is really bad if you are flying in. No soap, shampoo - nothing! We didn't even have TP. Really disappointed on this trip. Saving grace as usual was the beautiful beach and sunset!

Service was efficient and information was accurate. Condo was comfortable; gas grill on balcony a plus. Beach access from condo was unbeatable.

The start of my vacation could not have been better. Joan and Virginia and the rest of the team at RMI are so polished and professional. Everything was organized and ready for when I went to check in and they were very responsive the one time I did make a phone call. The condo was great with the exception of a few minor cleaning issues. We would like to rent again but perhaps a Friday to Friday if at all possible. Checking in mid day on a Saturday on Pensacola Beach can be a real cluster with so many others coming to the island on a summer Saturday. The condo and facility was excellent. If the pool's water temp was a little warmer I would have given 5 stars easily! And loved having an underground parking spot. That was great. Really, really appreciate the excellent service from RMI. I will definitely reserve through them again and refer my friends and relatives.

Spent a week for Spring Break. Great view of the beach and sunsets
from corner unit. Beautiful decor, new, updated. It looks different
than pic on internet. Loved the indoor and outdoor pools. Great for
the kids. Spectacular gym and spa! Bring beach towels and hand
towels from home or get hand towels from the spa. Walking distance
to restaurants and shops. Go see the Blue Angels practice while you
are in town!
