The condo was wonderful. It was well appointed and very, very comfortable. I did notice, when checking to see if there was a fold out bed in the sectional, that there were a lot of crumbs under the cushions. It needed a good vacuum job. Also, the internet connection kept resetting, so it was hard to use my laptop to get work done over the weekend.. But, all and all, this was a great place to stay.

Joan and all of the staff at RMI were extremely helpful with our reservation and the many questions I had regarding the condo and Pensacola Beach. The condo at Emerald Isle, #1204, was fabulous! The owners have done a wonderful job decorating and ensuring renters would have everything needed for an extended stay. The view was magnificent! I hope to stay here again and use the services of RMI. I would recommend the same to anyone visiting beautiful Pensacola Beach!

We were there to visit my daughter who is in the Navy, stationed at NAS. We
wanted to stay on the beach and opted for a condo to accommodate our
brood. It was a great place, very well kept and equipped with everything we
needed to have a wonderful home away from home. Everything was clean and
even the beds were comfortable. The views are fantastic and we even saw the
dolphins swim up & down the shoreline! The staff was great even when we
locked our keys inside the condo! OOPS! The beach was beautiful and the
lobby and pool area was very well kept. The kids loved the pool and the hot
tub, their favorite gathering space! We didn't want to leave! Thanks so much
for allowing us the opportunity to visit and we hope to come again! : ) -

This condo is great. Well furnished and very comfortable. Decorated beautifully, includig all of the latest in technology. Location is is also good. Very close to the island's hot spots but far enough away from Casino Beach to miss the crowds on the weekend.
Our only complaint would be that the master shower could have been a little cleaner. The cleaning crew should use some clorox or something to remove the mildew/mold from the caulking in the shower. This is no reflection on the unit, only on the management company. -

This was my family's 12th vacation to PSB and our first time in a high-rise condo. The view was superb! You could easily see the dolphins and the binoculars really let you see everything. The couch - oh how I love that couch!! Didn't get to spend a lot of time on it since we were hitting the beach twice a day! The TVs were awesome too--complete with DVR! The beds were so comfy too! Our biggest problem was no can opener! The dishwasher also had an issue which I reported to RMI upon checkout. All in all, I give this place 4 stars and I know my husband and son agree with me. Great vacation and the weather was perfect as well.
