We had a great time at Emerald Isle. Family came over from New Orleans to visit Had a great time at the beach. Would be nice to be able to grill out the deck. Hope to visit again soon.

Incredible views from condo, very spacious and clean. Had 8 people (7 and 1 child) and it was pretty comfortable (with one person sleeping on couch though, having 4 beds in one room seems a little crowded). There were some minor maintenance issues that should be addressed (leaky toilet, slow drains, missing lock on sliding balcony door, top deadbolt lock didn't work with keys provided) but we really did have a great time and I would definitely rent the condo again if bringing the family. We bought a box fan since the bedrooms didn't have ceiling fans (would recommend putting some in). The oven worked! (see previous reviews). The location is great. They only leave you one roll of tp and paper towels though, would think that a few more rolls would be included in the $1800 we paid for one week. Plenty of pots and pans for cooking but missing some glass baking pans, enough dishes though to get 8 people through the week. Hot tub and heated pool were a definite plus. Couldn't get wi-fi though. Tv is too small/outdated. We didn't spend much time watching it, but would have been nice to have a larger tv for the family at night or for playing kid's movies to keep the kiddo occupied.

We came to Pensacola to see the July 4th fireworks and the Blue angels show. The location was beyond perfect. Rmi did everything possible to make our stay perfect! The unit we stayed in was beautiful and very comfortable. Emerald Isle has great ammenities such as two pools and a hot tub. The staff was helpful too. With the open walkway to the beach and no oil, things were perfect. We had a nice week there. My least favorite thing had nothing to do with RMI. The owners had been there the day before us and had a maintenance man checking ourt the stove. When we moved in we were not notified about this because the owners had not told RMI. We bought groceries for the week that included the use of an oven. Rmi did everything in their power to help us, including a discount, which I hope they passed on to the owners!We would stilll rent there after the oven is replaced. The location of Emerald Isle is perfect, as is the condo. Hopefully, the owners can get it together and we will rent the same unit next year. My many thanks to RMI for doing the best to save our vacation. We will definately use RMI next year!!

The only problem that we had was that the owner of the condo was staying there before we came in and was having a problem with the oven and dishwasher and had someone out there and they we not able to fix and they did not tell you (RMI) that there was no oven- so we did not have a oven for the entire week. We realize that it was not your fault (RMI) it was the owners. Other than that it was a great week and we will be back in the future and will stay there again. Once again I was very happy with the service that we received from you- thank you for a wonderful week

The actual condo was very nice - plenty of room - nice view - enjoyed the beautiful white sand and nice water but not a good walking beach - the area is too crowded and touristry for our family - but a nice one-time visit!!
