Just what I needed
I stayed at La Bahia Unit 124 for 10 weeks. It was not a vacation; rather, I was at Pensacola Beach for business purposes. RMA found this property for me. The folks at RMA were great to work with and very accomodating, even to the extent of providing me with the occasional copy service. Whenever there were minor maintenance issues, their response was rapid and complete. I was quite comfortable during my stay and had excellent proximity to my work site at Fort Pickens. All in all, an excellent value and in the event that I have future business or vacation needs in the area I intend to contact RMA again, and would stay at this property again if available.
My only other comments would be that since the property had not been rented for some time prior to my rental, I experienced numerous lightbulb failures. A suggestion would be to keep at least a half-dozen spare light bulbs of all types, including chandelier bulbs and bathroom vanity bulbs, on hand in the unit and replace the bulbs every 6-9 months or so, particularly if the property is rented on a regular basis. Also, the ceiling fan in the bedroom should be secured or replaced. It was not useable during my stay.
