I stayed with my sister and between us, we have two children under the age of five. We loved the condo, which was clean and airy. Two bathrooms! The living room sleeper-sofa was far from comfortable, but we made it work. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and cups, cleaning supplies, and there were definitely extra linen and pillows. Could have used a broom to help with the sand though. The beach was an easy walk in either direction! We're likely going to try to get the same condo for next summer!

Although we have stayed on Pensacola Beach about 10 times, this was our first time to stay on the bay side. La Bahia is a short walk across the street from the gulf. Pool was average size and always clean. 1 of the 2 bathrooms has a big tub. We enjoyed the 4th of July fireworks from the bay beach. Would recommend La Bahia and will likely stay there again.

This is our second stay at La Bahia, so naturally the facility with amenities and location are marvelous. However, our visit this spring was somewhat dampened by our 'neighbors' who were having a wedding/family reunion. We had very little access to the pool and patio area because guests from all around congregated there. They were loud and carried glass bottles and cigarettes all around, including in the pool! We spent as much time as possible on the beach to avoid the crowd.

We really enjoyed eating meals out on the porch. It had a beatiful view of
the sound side and it was a short walk to the golf side. It had a place to BQ
and a wonderful pool which was great for the kids. I liked that we were a
further down the street because the beach area was less crowded than up
by Via de Luna. The place was very nice. I liked having two bathrooms and
the huge bathtub in the master bedroom's bathroom was very nice. The
only negatives I would mention are the kitchen knives are very dull and the
sofa sleeper was not that comfortable. The bedroom bed was very
comfortable however.
