We did a long term rental for 8 months. It was exactly what we wanted and thought it was when we did the walk through. Very comfortable condo, great view, private, quiet, and just a relaxing place to spend your time. The position is the best in the towers...you are facing down the beach toward the national sea shore. This is the only angle that gives privacy, a view of the stars at night, and a magnificent sunrise/moonrise...and you're not staring down the beach at other houses or looking at car lights when you are trying to enjoy the stars.
Now, negatives. They need to ride the maid service a little bit harder. The floor was sandy (but it's the beach, big deal), and the dishes were dirty. Likely the maid saw them stuck in the cabinet and didn't check, but she should have. For us, we're staying 8 months, so washing some dishes when we first got in wasn't a big deal...but for those weekend guests these things can't be overlooked.
For us, the biggest negative was the beds...very hard, and uncomfortable. Everyone has different taste, some may thing they were great...for us, we'd have no real complaints about anything at all (not the dishes, nothing) with more comfortable beds.
Bottom line, we would do it again, and recommend that you do. Rmi was great to work with, and handled business exactly as it should have been. The condo costs a bit, but it's a great spot on the beach and will give you all the comfort, privacy, views, and relaxing you are hoping for. Deciding between this or a beach house, I'd go with this...the isolation and privacy can not be matched no matter how nice the beach house is.

when I have rented condos in the past I have been pretty happy but when I have I have never had to go and get things from the store except food but I had to purchase t-paper, paper towels and more towels there wasn't enough there for 6 people and 2 rolls of t-paper is not enough for 6 people. The place really was not clean the floor had sand all over it we found a used tampon under the rolled out bed from the couch. This was not a good stay when you want everything perfect when your getting married.
