The rental staff were unpleasant. There were potato chips on the floor by the couch, the kitchen floor was sticky, I had to sweep and mop the floor. Two bottles of beer shattered on the floor because the refridegerator shelf was broken and vibrated.
However, the maintance man on staff was very pleasant and courteous. -

We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable and well-maintained. We will definitely stay here again!

Hi:
Realty Marts International (RMI) did not check to see if the place was ready for our arrival. There was spoiled food in the refrigerator, mold on the dishes in the sink, unclean beds, trash in the trash container, etc.
I called RMI, they sent someone over right away to clean the place, but we had to leave while she cleaned. She did a great job.
The Internet service did not work and I spent three or four hours with at&T; making it work.
Rmi immediately blamed the owners for staying there and not telling them. I say RMI is responsible for ensuring the place is ready to let out and not assume it is. The food in the fridge had expired a week before we got there, so we know it had been in that state for some time. Someone needs to check before guests arrive.
The place was lovely, fabulous views, nice amenities. Beach is great, as you would expect.
I only wish RMI had checked the place before we got there.

Our second stay (first one in 1999) and it was great. Rooms spacious and nicely updated, comfortable and conveniently located by the beach. Had a very relaxing time. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would love to return on our next visit to Florida.
