My husband and I have been faithful RMI customers for several years. In fact, we travel to Pensacola Beach 2-3 times each year to visit our son. In the past, the condos have been fantastic - I don't think we have ever had a complaint. If I had filled out a review on any of the previous properties the results would have been Excellent across the board. However, this last experience was different. 1) The bed in the Master Suite was very uncomfortable. 2) The balcony was filthy. 3) The balcony furniture should be replaced - it is not something anyone would really want to utilize for sitting or eating. 4) The dishes were dirty. 5) The sliders were extremely dirty - I had to clean one of them so that we could actually enjoy the view. 6) We had a problem with the key and waited for an hour for someone to help. (We are familiar with what can occur when the sliding door is left open - it wasn't open.) Something is wrong with the lock/door handle. 7) Last but not least, we were unaware of the 10:00 check out time. At a few minutes past ten on the morning of our scheduled departure we received a call from an RMI representative who was extremely rude and inconsiderate. The woman spoke to my husband as if he were a criminal. It was not our intention to inconvenience anyone. We arrived late Tuesday night and simply didn't read the information in the packet. This was not an issue in the past because we typically leave very in the morning. 8) Most disappointing of all - upon our departure, we left a list of our concerns with the RMI office. To date, we have not received a response of any kind.

The condo has an excellent layout. Great view of the pool and beach. The beds in both rooms were hard. Really need to upgrade the matts. Remote controles for both TV's did not work. In the kitchen, a good frying pan was needed and some more glasses. I have stayed at this condo several times. I would choose another unit over this one. Pensacola is my second home. My family loves it here. Each year the cost of renting a condo just keeps going up. In May of this year I took a five day cruise to the Bahamas for half what I paid for this three day weekend get a way. If prices do'nt come down, I'll take more cruises.

Thanks for letting me pay a little at a time (I was originally trying to pull off a surprise) However, I did think it was a little ridiculous to call demanding the final $100 the day before arrival. I have always liked Regency Towers, been staying there since 1979, probably the first yr of business. The weekend of our arrival there were lots of people that I know were not guests of the property(sort of "trashy" looking, as much as I dont like to use that term). The condo was clean, beds comfortable, view beautiful, sofa sleeper not comfortable at all. Biggest recommendation: Internet access needed!!!

Our unit at Regency Towers was 508 East Tower, very pretty and very clean, but the decor was a bit "bare bones." The unit was very spare and sparsely decorated, compared to others that we visited. The balcony needs a deep-cleaning and paint job. The balcony furniture was old, rusty, and not vey inviting to sit on. The unit itself was adequately equipped with kitchen needs and linen needs, except that the bathrooms need more towels, and there were no bathmats provided. The pool, grounds, and parking are all nice. The office staff were very friendly on the phone and in person. We enjoyed our stay, and would like to return.

There was plenty of space for my group. Everyone had a bed. We even
used the twin beds stored in the closet. The furnishings were nice. We
enjoyed the entertainment center when we were not at the beach. We
cooked a lot to save money.
