We had a wonderful experience. Regency Towers of is in a perfect spot. Direct access to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and activities. The view from the balcony was great. If you're planning a vacation, I recommend that you book through RMI. You won't be disappointed.

Regency Towers East 802 was a great place to stay. Very roomy & comfortabel, well stocked, and great access to the beach. Tropical storm was in the area and we were reluctant to continue our trip but owners graciously offered to refund in the event we were not able to stay or if our trip had to be shortened. Storm bypassed us completely so all was well. I would recomment this rentas to anyone who wanted a quiet restful stay in PCB but with many restaurants and atractions near by.

The Condo was very well maintained and plenty of accomodations. Both bedrooms were nice and had oceanfront views. The only thing the condo liked was a washer and dryer in the unit and a better television in the guestroom. Otherwise I would not change a thing.

Facility was just as described. Unit was immaculate and well stocked for cooking (dined on balcony every day!).
Furnishings were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. -
