Spectacular views can be enjoyed from this fabulous corner condo. Located on the Gulf of Mexico, the home is a wonderful find.
Feel free to use the common swimming pool and tennis courts. After getting some exercise, return to your unit and pour yourself a tall glass of lemonade in the furnished kitchen.
During your stay, you can go surfing, visit the Pensacola Lighthouse, and explore the Pensacola Museum of Art.

Excellent accommodations on an upper floor with elevator service. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely view of the Gulf. And free pizza.

This condo is beautiful. Very nice style with everything you need. Plus, a huge balcony with plenty of nice outdoor furniture. The view is beautiful. We only had one small complaint about the condo itself - wish they would have had a power strip so that you can use the wireless internet connection and the dvd player at the same time. So why only 3 stars? Our main complaints lie with the rental company RMI. The rental process was very smooth and the staff was very courteous, but the cleaning crews they use need some serious improvement. It just looked like they skimmed over everything. The light switches were grimy and the floor molding had a serious layer of dust and dirt on it. Also, the sheets were like sandpaper. I had to find another pillow to use because it felt like I was getting a facial scrub as I slept. This is no fault of the owners - I know that they rely on RMI to take care of everything for them and pay them a lot of money to do so. I don't normally post negative reviews, but my family owns a condo that they rent out and would definitely want to know if the cleaning crews weren't doing their job. We would definitely stay at this condo again if we knew that it would be clean and have more comfortable sheets.

Your staff is always so kinda and helpful. The condos are always so clean and what an amazing view. The only thing I can recommend is that you supply a few more rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels and a few extra garbage bags. I travel to a lot of places and these are things I generally do not have to purchase.

The unit was very well appointed and comfortable. The beds could have been more comfortable. The sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced-you could feel the springs. Also, at least one back-up roll of toilet paper should be present. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay. The view was magnificent.

Service was great. The views and room were very nice. There was some unfinished work in the master closet and we could not use it and the kitchen could have been better equiped. What I liked the least was the furniture. The furniture looks very nice but was uncomfortable and felt like doll furniture. The master bed was very comfortable. We liked the location the best the views were awesome.
