Condo was as discribed. Very clean, all needed items were provided. We appreicated it was pet friendly, the residents and onsite management were very friendly and kind to us and our pets. We've used RMI each time we travel to Pensacola Beach and each time they surpass our expectations. Easy to work with, there when you need them and also professional and accommodating. We look forward to our next trip.

great location - had alots of fun - food and grill is the only thing you need to bring - we talked to several other renter and found out that dogs are permit if owner approves - will demand next time -
great condo for two adults and two small children -
kids just crashed on sofa due to pool wearing them out

My daughters and I went on this trip to get away and relax. This was their first time in Pensacola. We loved the condo it was very nice and clean. We were a little disappointed we couldn't see the beach as much as we wanted and had to walk a ways to get down to the beach. Next time we will probably choose one on the 2nd floor or higher. We were not sure what to bring because the site information didn't tell us much. The jellyfish were real bad so we couldn't get in the water. But we had a great time and did a lot of siteseeing! We plan on going back soon and will probably stay in the same place.
