Description from the manager
This south-facing condo provides access to boating facilities, a media room, a swimming pool, and tennis courts.
Up to eight of you can stay here at a time; there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. You can save some money during your trip by cooking a few of your own meals (a fully furnished kitchen is provided).
The Saenger Theatre, Sam's Fun City, and the Quayside Art Gallery are just a few of the area's great attractions.

condo was very nice and well equiped did have a broken mirrror we were told about it when we arived.needed a tv in the br room with the queen bed my mother kept us up by watching the main tv .other than that it was perfact and made a very stormy weekend worth going could not have imagined staying anywhere else

We booked the day prior to arrival because of the oil spill. We were afraid the beaches would be affected. From Saturday to Wednesday, the beaches and the water were prettier and clearer than on previous vacations. On Wednesday, the oil came ashore but we had a great time at the pool. We didn't let a few tar balls ruin our trip. We will definitely be back next year.

We were very pleased overall w/ our stay at Regency Towers. The location on Pensacola Beach is awesome and quiet. Very family friendly. The heated pool was great and never crowded. Not too far from the shops and beach fun. Our place was very clean and comfortable. It suited us to a "T". One problem we had was w/ the aC unit. Didn't seem to cool enough for us. And there was some construction going on right next to our condo that was a little noisy at times. Other than that everything was perfect and we would definitely stay there again.

Our family has been going to Pensacola for over 25 years and we just love it. We usually stay at the Regency Cabanas, but because of the elevator and all the bedrooms on one floor we decided to stay at the Regancy Towers. This condo was very nice and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay and will like to stay in this condo again. The view from this condo was fantasic, you can see the beach, the city and the bay. Only complaint was the patio chairs were very worn and cushions were ripped, but we put a towel on them and it didn't take away from our fun. I did mention this on the comment I left in the room for the owners and to RMI when I dropped my key off. Hopefully they will purchase new ones. My family just had a wonderful time and hated to leave Pensacola.

From the first phone call we made to reserve the unit to the dropping off of the keys upon departure -- our vacation experience was totally delightful. The reservation clerks were extermely courteous and very helpful. Our accomodations were first-rate: clean, spacious, stylish, and conveniently located. The pool was sparkling clean, and we would highly recommend this vacation unit to our friends. The outdoor furniture on the balcony needs to be replaced; but did not hamper our enjoyment at all.

We spent an amazing week in this beautifully decorated 3-bedroom condominium last summer. The Blue Angels flew so close that it made your hair stand on end. The kids love being so close to the beach and a pool. We have been staying at the Regency Villas since we were kids and with all the new updates it feels like you are at home. The one thing that we really enjoyed was having a washer and dryer in the unit so we could have more time playing in the sand. The Reality Company is right across the street so there was no wasting time checking in. Thanks so much RMI!
