Check in is from 3-5pm. We got there a couple hours early and the staff at RMI we very nice. They let us get the keys and check in early, I thoght that was awesome. The place was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Also this unit has a washer and dryer which was great. And to my surprise the linen towels were fully stocked. The king size bed sleeps very well. My kids slept on the sleeper sofa and we had no complaints out of them so it sleeps ok It is located on the santa rosa sound not Pensacola beach. However you can walk right across the street to the beach I would stay here again!

Extremely nice 1 bedroom condo on the bay side. Extremely pet friendly for our family dog-Bijeau. Did not want anything on the beach and this was perfect. Service, very nice. No complaints

Overall the room was clean and well stocked. Room included a washer/dryer and the kitchen is stocked with a full compliment of cookware. The master bed is comfortable and the room is relatively large.
On the downside: the AC is limited as to the low temperature available, if the unit freezes the guest is responsible for the cost of the service call and the master bathroom with the shower and water closet is cramped.
The worst thing is the pull out sofa. This room is fit for two guests and should not be marketed as a four person facility. My daughters had to remove the mattress from the frame and place it on the floor to get any rest. Until the sofa is replaced, no more than two people should occupy this property.
We had a great family vacation, enjoyed the white sand beaches and seeing the Blue Angels all week long. -

This was the first time we've stayed in a one-bedroom condo at Santa Rosa Dunes, the first time we vacationed in Pensacola Beach without at least one of our children. The condo was lovely, and had every amenity we could hope for. The full-size washer/dryer was a pleasant surprise. Santa Rosa Dunes is our favorite complex, and the newly rebuilt clubhouse area is beautiful. The folks who manage the property remember us from other visits, even remember that we usually stayed in Building 7, and that never ceases to amaze me! The beach is phenomenal, so relaxing with it's 'singing sand', and I really enjoy walking the fishing pier and vicariously pulling in 'the big one'. The Boardwalk is so nice, and the restaurants (McGuire's is a favorite) are topics of conversation all year long, especially when we're suffering through a bitter winter here in the Midwest. Thank you RMI for taking such good care of us for the past twenty years. Your folks made sure we found the perfect famiy-friendly spot that first time we decided to take a "nice vacation" and see the Naval Aviation Museum (another perennial favorite) when we knew nothing of the area. There's a reason we keep returning to Pensacola Beach, and there's a reason we pick RMI time after time.

we love it its home away from home
nice walk to beach far away from the crowde all the noise lots of nice residence live there that welcome you. dont tell everyone or we wont be able to get it when we need it.
