The unit was just lovely. We really liked this and had stayed previously. Our big let down and reason not to return to this complex was that we saw rats in garage near our gear one day as we entered! and near garbage. I had mentioned this on check out form and told agent on duty.

the unit is not a 3 bedroom...
the "3rd bedroom is a closet,no window or closet and too small even for 2 children..
the unit was not up kept well..
dirty freezer ...
icemaker was not operative and noisy
master bath shower was moldy and not cleaned for some time..
most serving pieces (bowls/platters were
either soiled or dirty from non use.
the kitchen utility draws were sandy/crumbs and unorderly..
the washer dryer in master bedroom was dissapointing for noise and not being able to be used during night hours or lingering odors from detergent and bleach'...
the bed covers had odors from not being cleaned for sometime..
all slider doors were fingerprinted and not cleaned for some time..
no instructions on how to operate audio/video..
min sufficient towels..and bleached stained..
kitchen dining chairs ..2 were dangerously broken and not taken out of service or repaired..
at least 2-3 living area lamps were not operative and even had broken light bulbs in them..
the lighting in the master bath was horrible..
the 2 flood lights were replaced with conventional and low wattage bulbs ..emitting insufficient and very poor lighting..
our group had seven unts rented at starboard this year..
624 was the least appealing of all ...
furnishings size and condition...
in closing ..
peggy mentioned when we phoned in our complaint that we rushed our cleaning service...
all the above mentioned complaints have to do with
longer term neglect than , a rushed cleaning service..
